Better Built gave me a better garage than I even imagined. First, ****** came out and gave only facts. I researched what she was telling me, and it was all true. I had other competitors say they could do whatever I wanted, even though it was not to code. ****** would not say yes to anything to get the job. I appreciate that so much. She took what I explained I wanted from my imagination and took it to the next step. The construction was well done (my friends who came over, who are in construction, were just as impressed with the finished garage.) During the entire process, there was good communication, and Better Built took all my calls to answer my questions (and there were quite a few). Making a big purchase like a garage is scary, but ****** and her team made it a wonderful experience. Better Built pricing was better than most, and the quality of work I believe surpassed the others in pricing. THANK YOU ****** AND BETTER BUILT CREW!Review from Robert S.

This company is great! Their service man listened to my issue with the garage door, that I purchased from them 28 years ago. He explained the reasons for my issue and how to solve it. It is always nice to find people who know their job well. Thank you!Review from Tameka

The Company was hired to install electrical service in my garage. The electrician who did the work did not follow *************** code standards. Unfortunately, the electrical service in the garage only worked for about a 1 year and 3 months. Better Built Garages advised me the repair was not under warranty, they only offer a 90 day labor and parts warranty. To restore electricity to my garage; I had to hire a different Electric Contractor who did an excellent job and guaranteed the work for 50 years. In my opinion I was over charged by Better Built Garages for the electrical repair, received substandard repair service and their customer services is questionable at best when talking with customers seeking to resolve issues created by their employees.Review from Patrick D.

After hitting the overhead garage door jam with my vehicle, I called for a repair estimate. **** came out the next business day and the repairs were done the following day. I was extremely happy with the service and repairs.Review from Mrs Judy foray
