I ordered windows from this company July 29, 2024. The order showed as processing for a long time and now there is no information available on my order. The phone numbers are disconnected and I have emailed the company a couple of times with no response. I paid for my order in full and have no way of getting the product or a refund.Initial Complaint

On 16 October 2024, I purchased six windows to be made for my home. I was promised the windows would be delivered in six weeks, which would have been the week of Thanksgiving. I was told that a week before, Window Liquidators would contact me concerning the delivery. When I did not hear from them, I attempted to contact them by telephone, which their customer service line is always busy, and to the salesperson who I spoke with about the transaction, ***** *******, at ************ and left a message requesting an update on the status of the windows I purchased. To date, I have not heard back from anyone associated with Window Liquidators. I contacted my credit card company to open an investigation on this transaction.Initial Complaint

I ordered some windows from this company on July 29, 2024. I paid in full. After waiting the expected time for delivery I checked the status of my order. My email was not answered. Ive attempted to call or email many times with no response. I ordered windows online August 9, 2024. Lead time was 12 weeks at that time. I have checked the website a couple of times since then and it still showed the order was in processing. Per the original lead time, I should have received the windows by now. I went online today to check the status on their website, and the website is not active. I tried to call the phone number on the invoice, and I get a busy signal. I have noticed another review online that says they are having similar issues. I'm not sure if this business has closed but I have no way to contact them and get the status of my order. I'd request the business contact me and give me an eta on my windows or refund my money.Initial Complaint

On September 27, 2024, I placed an order for three replacement windows. The estimated delivery time was 4-5 weeks. A month later, I asked for an update on the order. I received an email saying they would check but then no update. I have emailed and called several times more but it seems that the company has closed. The website no longer works and the phone number returns a busy signal. It has now been two months. I would like my windows to be delivered or a full refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a window from window Liquidators on 6/2/2024 (order #*****) for a total of ****** pre paid..I called them in August and talked to ***** , he said the load of window were smashed and they would have to reorder. so he reordered it. I called in September and was told it was being shipped on 10/8//24. I called and email Since the 18Th of October no response . I have ordered windows from this business, received a confirmation of receipt of order via email. I attempted to click on the order track contained within the email and the website is not operational. I attempted to call the customer service number listed and it is not operational. I have emailed the customer service support email listed and have received no response. I would like refund of my order if indeed this business is no longer operational.
