I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I was waiting at a red light going northbound on ************* in ***** ******** at 630am. I am pregnant and had my 2 year old son in backseat in carseat. The other driver rear ended me, damaging my car. I took her information i.e. insurance card and DL. I had a police report. I took pictures of the damages. I sustained a back injury and was in fear my unborn baby was effected by this incident. I called the other person's insurance company American Heartland multiple times and have not received a call back. I informed my car insurance, Statefarm of the accident. My Statefarm agent said they also could not reach American heartland company, apparently they would hang up the phone every time. I have filed a claim under my insurance company however I am unable to get my car repaired unless I pay for the damages myself.

The lady hit my car on 11-22-2021 gave the police on site a valid insurance card, which she is the policy holder with American Heartland Insurance Co. I called this company, instructed by the officer and gave them the accident report number off the card which he had given the both of us, to report what happen. This company called me back after checking the accident report, emailed me a inspected form statement and a claimant form told me to fill both out and email it by to their company. I did, a couple days later they sent me a assigned inspection authorization form.i went to get my car inspected by their inspection. he said they would send me a statment of how much they would pay to fix my car. After 5days waiting, they tell me their waiting on the policy holder to sign her papers, and she has 3mths, which 2-2022 makes 3mths, still havent fix my car. I also have a video from the store owner of where the accident was of her coming out of a parking space hitting my car.

Jan. 9th, 2022, I was involved in a vehicular accident. I was driving on a main route when a vehicle exited a ********* private driveway that intersected with the road I was traveling on. The vehicle drove directly in front of my vehicle, leaving me with no option to evade the collision and I was unable to brake to a full stop in time. I was barely under the speed limit because I had been stopped at a red traffic light shortly prior to the collision. After the vehicle pulled out in front of mine, the front of my vehicle struck the driver's side of the other vehicle. I called the police ***** and filed a report. My ins carrier is Progressive and the vehicle I struck is covered by American Heartland Insurance. My insurance agent instructed me to file a claim with the at fault driver's ins. I contacted American Heartland via their website and was directed to an online claims form section and filled out roughly 10 pages (about a 2 hour process) describing details of the accident & police report. I never received email verification from AHI for my submission claim so I contacted AHI's phone line. I was told by a rep that I did not receive a verification email because I probably entered my email incorrectly. So I went through the process of filing a claim through AHI a 2nd time, making sure my email was 100% accurate. Again I never received a verification email from AHI for my claim submission. I called AHI again after about a week to inquire the verification email for the claim I filed and I was told I probably entered my email incorrectly. I then faxed over the claim forms so I may have proof of a time/date stamp. The claim forms I faxed were successful but after over a week, I still have no response from AHI. The driver was clearly at fault according to the police report & my Progressive Ins. Agent. I never received a follow up email/call from AHI. My vehicle has not been in use since the collision due to damages. At this point I am being advised to file a law suit.

On 12/3/21 I got in a car accident and totaled my car. I was fully covered by American heartland insurance company. The accident was my fault. When I filed my claim online the same night. I didnt hear back till the following Tuesday. Which was fine they sent me all the paperwork I needed. Which I filled out right away and sent it back. Weeks go by and I dont hear from them. I call and leave multiple voicemails a day and never hear back them on 12/28/21 I called and the call center informed me that my claim was denied on 12/22/21 based on failure to notify them 2 people over 15 years old moved into my house. Which they both never drive my car and have nothing to do with my accident. They moved with me after I renewed my insurance. Now they will not cover anything

I was staying with my niece temporarily, and my car was in the yard as I was cleaning it. My 11yr old nephew come out of the house, said he was going to turn on the radio, the car is a manual and it was in 1st gear with the emergency brake on, he turned the key to start position and the car jumped forward hitting the house she is renting. This happened Oct 21st. I've been referred to 4 different adjusters without any results, not even as much as returning my phone calls, as I do have full coverage insurance with American Heartland Insurance thru Alf, they say they can't do anything. This being my only form of transportation. I have no rides to anywhere. 6 days later something went wrong with the front axle. I've finally had it towed and that problem fixed resulting in a $470 repair ****. I have health problems & have to have a vehicle. I would just simply like to know what the problem is with the claim, as I'm getting NO ANSWERS. Thank you. Claim **********
