      Very disappointed in The Complete Book of Air Frying 2019. The photos are beautiful but after trying a few recipes, I wonder whether or not these recipes were really tried using an air fryer. The time and temperature was always a miss with food being undercooked or overcooked. Also, there were proofreading and/or editing errors, especially in the Index. If you want an Air fryer book, buy the most recent version published by a reliable author.On the plus side, this book can be used by those who like to experiment and modify food recipes.
