    I went to 360 Immediate care on 1/16/2023 for a medical consultation and XRay prescription. They charged me $100 upfront, saying it was a copay, but it turned out later it was to cover for my insurance's discounts. I received the Explanations of Benefit from BCBS and it stated that the provider received the payments that covered everything I owed them (amount billed minus insurance discounts and deductions according to the *** agreement).I called them and asked to refund my $100 I paid upfront, they refused, saying they want to have the full amount billed covered. Once insurance started investigating, the provider lied to them, saying I never paid this money even though it's on my credit card statement. On the phone with me, the guy (who claims to be the front desk manager/billing manager/owner) spoke extremely disrespectfully and said that he does not care about the discounts/reductions the insurance is giving me because they are mafia, he wants to get his full bill covered (without any discounts), and he does not care who does that. When insurance tried calling him to discuss and confirm he overcharged me, he hung up on them. He never agreed they overcharged me, and he said he does not agree with any discount from insurance.

    We would be more than happy to give a refund of the $100 back to the patient, but in order to do that we need to speak to the patient first.
     
    Our staff has tried to contact Ms. ***** numerous times through email and phone. We left her voicemail messages but no response from her.
     
    Even though the complaint is not valid as our staff requests copays from patients based on their insurance policies from their insurance. All patients pay their copay up front if they have copays and the rest of the balance gets billed to the insurance and once we receive payments back from the insurance thats when we send patients their invoice or bill if insurance pays less or if patient has high deductible.
     
    Even after all this we are still happy to provide a refund of the $100 as requested by the consumer.
