      Im filing a complaint because I have made numerous attempts to contact ******* and have had no response from them. I have 2 Bidford blankets I bought and both blankets comes with a five-year warranty. The full ***** plush blanket comes with 1 digital controller that is no longer working. The queen ***** plush blanket comes with 2 digital controllers that are no longer working. Additionally, when the blankets were working, the coils were losing their heating ability. Both purchased through ** ******.Since both my blankets are under warranty, I need Bidford to replace both blankets with brand new ones. I prefer to have the same type or choose something comparable. Micro plush is the type I purchased, not Sherpa and not thin. I have been a loyal Bidford customer for many years and Im very very disappointed and now having to go through the BBB to get my complaint resolved.

      I have tried to get in touch with this company numerous times via email and phone calls, but no one answers the phone on any of the options menu extensions. I have 3 blankets, and 6 controllers. I want my items replaced.

      I purchased this blanket in June 2023. In December 2023, I reached out to them as the controller stop working. They quickly sent me a replacement . Now, 6 months later, the controller they sent me in December has stopped working. I have sent them an email & have tried calling them and no response. When calling and hitting one for customer service, it gives you a message of their business hours & then drops the call. Cannot leave a message for customer service. I just need a new controller or a complete replacement of the blanket with a working controller.

      Prior to this experience, I had always felt that Biddeford made the best quality blankets (and they even back up their blankets with a FIVE year Warranty).I purchased my blanket from an **** Seller online on March 27, 2023 for a great price.I received my blanket and and I filled out and sent in my Warranty card to Biddeford.. I had been enjoying it up until over a month ago The blanket stopped heating up so I called their **************** phone number *************. I called for two straight weeks, no one EVER answered the phone during stated business hours (the message says they are closed but I call during THEIR business hours). Every voicemail within the Company is full yet they are still selling their blankets, business as usual with no regard for Customers or their warranties.I have tried emailing Biddeford numerous times and all I get is an automated reply telling me to contact them at the **************** Number they never answer.

      I had recently bought a Biddeford blanket (within the last 12 mo). One day I woke up in the middle of the night to a burning plastic smell. It turns out it was the controller. It somehow fried itself. Fast forward a month or two and I enter my room and smell the same burning plastic smell. It is the controller again! I have quit using the blanket due to the risk of a possible fire. I have tried so many times to contact the business and their phone line is closed and Im unable to submit a complaint online. This is extremely dangerous as Im sure Im not the only one with this issue and I refuse to put my life on the line to use their blanket. I want compensation and/or a new blanket and a recall submitted.

      My blanket controller has malfunctioned. *** called getting a recording which provides prompts to press 1 for customer service and then a recording comes on that says the office is currently closed during their business hours. Emailed last week to attempt to get it fixed and no response.

      In October of 2023 one of my wall controllers went out on my electric blanket. I called to initiate a warranty claim and was sent a new controller but it was a different design and caused the blanket to malfunction. I've since tried to file an additional warranty claim and I'm told to call customer service yet there is an automated message claiming they are currently closed during their normal business hours. Emails go unanswered and "contact us" in the website claims an error occurred. I've tried the ******** page messenger and still no response. I'm still under warranty and Biddedford Blankets is still b selling their items to consumers.

      Spoke to Biddeford **************** regarding warranty replacement of two defective blankets, King size Sherpa, velour, electric blankets. Received permission, codes, and labels to return blankets with assurance Biddeford would mail replacements as soon as receiving the returns. We received one replacement but are still awaiting the second replacement for 5 months now. My returned blanket **** receipt 1ZAX96849052306844 indicates the second package was received by ****** on DOCK at BIDDEFORD on 12/12/2023 at 09:06 am.

      I have purchased 2 electric blankets from this company. Both purchased at ******* but manufactured by Biddeford. As soon as I purchased each of them I went online and filled out the warranty information and submitted it. Within a month or so both blankets stopped working. It was too late to return them to the store so I went to their website to contact the warranty department. I have sent numerous emails to the warranty department yet I've never received one email back. I found a phone number for them and I've tried calling it numerous times also. There are 3 or 4 different options to press when you call their number. Every time I've called I have tried every option and not one time have a gotten a person or a option to leave a message. On their website there is a place just to ask a question or leave a comment so I tried that also. After typing out a message I tried sending it and every time I pressed send I got the same message... That an error had occurred and to try again later. I tried again later but still received the same message. At this point I can not figure out any other way to try to get ahold of them. So I've got $150 worth of electric blankets that don't work and no way to fix that. I'm hoping this may work to either get new blankets or my money back.

      I have 2 biddeford electric throws that have lifetime warranty on the throws. I purchased the blankets cuz of the warranty. I purchase two blankets from Amazon , over the past 10 years.Neither of my blankets work any more.
