      Our Business (Doggy DTails, LLC used the payment processing services of this Business from 2018 until 31 Dec 2021. We notified the business of the Sale of our Business on Dec 2, 2021 and were instructed TO return the equipment which we did and they acknowledged receipt of the equipment and all remaining transactions processing were accomplished. We were then charged $595.00 for some unknown reason. I spoke to ******************************* and she said she would look into it and we have not been able to locate her as she will not answer her phone and there is no message capability. We have e-mail traffic from her acknowledging the termination of the account. On March 4, 2022 my husband was able to contact the agency (****) and he stated he would pass the information and to this date we have not heard from them. We would like a refund of this unauthorized charge of $595.00. We have signed copies of our contract and it has no penalties, the equipment has been returned. We want this refund ASAP. Please contact us at ************ With any info. We reserve the right of further action if we do not hear from them soon. Thank You.

      Disreputable company! *************************** does not do her job and in essence stole money from our company! We are a glass company and on occasion need to process large credit card transactions. We have been in business successfully for almost 20 years with very good credit history. Their risk management team refused to process the transactions so we were forced to find another company to process our credit card transactions. In March we emailed ******* to cancel our service which she replied via email she had closed. She did not process closing our account! The ************** continued to charge us monthly fees for four more months and charged us for the denied charges amounting to $1124.03. We finally were able to get the monthly fees stopped and were guaranteed by *********************** that a refund would be processed. After many phone calls and emails we still have not received any refund. ******* did not do her job and took money she did not earn. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING! SCAM ARTISTS.

      It is unfortunate this occurred to this customer and as their refund was requested for them in August, it was apparently not received by them which we were never notified. We again requested the refund and were notified by this customer they did receive the full refund amount requested as of this date. It is always our policy to do the right thing, and again, we find it unfortunate that this happened to the customer whether we agree with their assessment or not. We also find it unfortunate that they found it necessary to use derogatory, defaming and angry language, but do empathize with them as they felt they had not gotten a resolution. This is the 1st occurrence of anything like this and was an unfortunate breakdown in communication for which we have put processes in place to ensure it cannot happen again. Our customers are always our priority.
