    01/01/2023 On the first of the year, a little bit after 5pm, we placed an order online and made the payment. Online ordering system was up and running. It had no warning to customers about the store closing early that day. When I showed up at the location, the doors were locked. Behind the window, they said they were closed and I should cancel the order. There was not option to cancel the order and the employees were not helpful. I immediately reported it on wendys.com - contact us, but I have not heard from there. When I try to call ****************, I can never get to a person to speak with. We paid $40.41 for nothing.
