    October 17, 2023, ******************* received money to acquire a permit to demolition and then demolition a property. He promised that it would take a couple of weeks. Several weeks later, he had not made any movement and we stepped in to assist him. He is contracted to pay for the permit but has been slow and reluctant to pay invoices toward acquiring the permit. Hes refused to pay for rodent services and weve asked for him to return the remaining money he has of ours so that we can finish the process. He is refusing to return our money, more than 2 months later.
