    A comparison of what was shown on the website and how merry maids lived up to the language of performing various cleaning jobs every two weeks in March and April 2023 comes close to deceptive advertising. Various phone calls to the office always harvested many "sorry's" and window dressing, but no action or make-up plan to put things right and make then conform to the website language. Various examples over time were missed bath and kitchen countertops, lamp shades, dirt on carpet in MBR, standing water on wooden floor in half bath, dirt under various sofa pillows and leather couch pillows. I will not recommend their performance to anybody intending to hire them because it was a disappointment for us every time the merry maids showed up. Having moved away from the ***** area precludes any make-up or similar work and leaves a refund as the only workable solution.

    Purchased service to do deep clean on newly purchased apartment for June 8th, 2022. Company sent one person, who was unable to do the work by herself. Employee phoned company for assistance, was denied. Stayed 8 hours and was not able to complete job. Sent dissatisfied message in survey. No response. Emailed company on August 9th. Was told owner would review issue. No response.
