    I was in and out of the hospital for a few months and wasn't really on my phone during that time since I was dealing with occipital neuralgia. My credit card stopped processing payments for my membership here and I started rectifying this in February. I was 3 payments behind and I called and paid for two and told them on the phone I would call back on March 3rd to pay the last one when I get my disability check. I also said I wanted to cancel my membership since I can't make it in. The woman on the phone told me I could pause it instead of cancelling it and she said her manager would call me about it. I was never told I was about to incur a 4th membership charge at this time. Had I known, I would have made all 3 payments and cancelled my membership. The manager calls me on the day of the 4th charge and informs me about it, and tells me that I can't even cancel my membership until I'm paid in full. She finally says that if I give her a doctor's note proving I've been sick, they will get rid of the 4th charge. Kind of ridiculous I even need to do this in the first place but I agreed just to be done with this, and I paid the 3rd charge and agreed to call back on the 9th and send my doctor's note via E-Mail.Today I was charged for both payments, which has now put me at $50 in my bank account. I'm on disability and get a meager check and spent most of it on the kids' Easter baskets/activities, and my medicine, so this additional charge was exceptionally inconvenient. I called just now and was told that it says it's been refunded in their system, but all I see in my bank account is 2 charges when there should be only 1. I demanded my membership be cancelled immediately and I was refused again and told that only managers could do that and that there won't be any there for two more days. She also mentioned I'm going to have to fill out paperwork to cancel my membership. This is the most convoluted, ridiculous system. They just want to keep charging.
