    I almost had a big car accident today. Took my car for service, change oil and other services 5 + weeks ago, then just like not able a week after, then tire alert appears, after that battery lights alert went off, then the steering wheel stuck, and the vehicle go straight to the opposite lane. Prior to that few months back, I was told that their an oil leak. Took my car to my brother who is mechanic and was told there was no oil leak and the pan is dry. no need to question my brother’s credibility, he used to be mechanic consultant. My car 90% of the maintenance service was done in this DEALERSHIP And I can constantly receive messages if I need to trade in my vehicle. Years back also, same vehicle, I was driving the car and has a weird sound, drove off the car to auto zone and found out , their was a missing bolt on the right front passenger side. And it was just the same situation ,just had a maintenance of the car a week before. Are they doing ? sabotaging?

    Car was brought to this business, it sat in the lot untagged for about 6 days before I even got any type of update. Every time I called for the status on my vehicle they would constantly ask me "Who is paying for this?" Like it should matter. Because of the constant delays I had to pay for a rental, I do believe this place should compensate me for loss of wages as well as having to pay out of pocket. for a rental due to there mess! The place is very unorganized and the employees seem just as confused on what's going with the cars there. The whole situation was not only annoying but aggravating as well. I do not recommend this place for vehicle maintenance at all!

    Horrible experience. They were not interested in addressing the key issue but just wanted to do maintenance services. When I called to ask if discovered the issue , they said you can talk to the tech. Will not be back.

    Brought my 2022 Toyota corolla cross le with ****** miles in for a recall and after I left my ac was not working correctly and they are saying it is from outside influences. No way a car with that many miles does not have working ac! So much for a 36 month or ***** mile bumper to bumper warranty. When I have only owned car for less than 13 months! Should be no stars as employees are rude. And want to charge over $2150+ to fix issue!

    The 2022 Corolla has a hole in the a/c condenser that was caused by an outside influence. This is usually caused by a rock or gravel. Do to the outside influence, this is not a covered repair under the manufacture warranty.

    They know why. Avoid this service at all costs. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. Totally unprofessional and ignorant management. They got upset because i left them a bad review for crappy service and now they wont service my vehicle. Thats ok, because i woudnt trust my vehicle with them with this management.

    I purchased a Jeep from this dealership the second week of Nov 22, less than a month later the truck was barely starting and eventually just stopped! I called to ask if this was common for one of their vehicles to die in a month and 2 sales associates blamed the weather, it was almost scripted! They suggested I pay for a tow there and they would help with the battery. I towed my truck there and they charged me $400 for a new battery.

    We are reimbursing our guest, *****************************, $382.76, the amount she spent with us on repair order number ****** for a new battery fir her Jeep Wrangler. It was just over one month after vehicle purchase when the battery failed.
