    My son received two X-Rays at ********************* in different months (March and May 2024). Same X-ray, just different days. I was charged different amounts for the same service. I called Naperville Radiologists to inquire about this before paying. I was told they would look in to it. No one called me back and I went to look in my account a couple of weeks later to see that I was sent to collections.*****, I called to inquire about this. They said they sent me a letter that was returned to them (so I never received it) and they did two automated calls. I was told the automated calls said I had an outstanding balance. I knew this, but thought this was because I was contesting the bill. No one called or emailed me to say that they were not correcting what I believe to be a billing error. I had to reach out to them.Please note that it wasn't even 60 days that I had even received the latest bill. They do not have a set number of days before they send you to collections, just if they contact you twice and you don't pay. The total amount I owe is $80.38- I would easily pay this so as not to be sent to collections. I think an actual person should have to call and leave a message about being sent to Collections or at least a letter through the mail. This is not how you do business and this organization should be stopped.

    I had received an **Ray at ********************************** on June 12, 2023. My ****************** paid for the **Ray in September 2023. I am receiving 2 to 3 calls a day from this Naperville Radiologist (ATG credit) #********** claiming they did not receive money from my insurance. My *************** stated that bill should have never been placed under collections (I am on government disabilty insurance. I am disabled and on Medicare/ medicaid.I don't understand why they got paid already and want me to pay again? And the amount they want is more than the original bill ($124). Thry are requiring me to pay $129 ASAP. This organization is scamming people I feel.

    During a visit to the ********************* ** I had a CT performed to diagnose an issue. NAPERVILLE RADIOLOGIST LLC provided the service to *********************. I am covered by a primary and secondary Insurance however Naperville Radiologist did not bill either. Without a communication Naperville Radiologist sent my outstanding bill, which I was totally unaware of, to ATG Collections. After many communications and a joint conference call with BCBS and Naperville Radiologist we learned Naperville Radiologist submit my bill to someone elses advantage plan! This is still not resolved and I continue to receive calls from the collection agency.

    I have full coverage insurance and Naperville Radiologists failed to provide necessary information about their services for my insurance carriers to process the claim. I contacted my insurance carriers and they stated I can do nothing until the provider supplies the necessary information. I sent e mails to Naperville Radiologists with documentation stating this. There is no phone # except for payment to contact this organization. No response from Naperville Radiologists. Yesterday I am contacted by a collection agency for this bill. Naperville Radiologists is negligent in failing to supply the requested information to ******** and BCBS and not responding to any requests for same.

    So I just got a collections notice from this horrible company. I got a bill for or $1948. Which I had insurance at the time so why was I billed that when it should have been sent to my insurance. This is some shady practices and it needs to be rectified. I need an itemized bill and why this wasnt sent to my insurance. And to take this off of collections. I will be finding a lawyer and preparing to *** if this isnt rectified. I was sent by my doctor from my insurance told me the bill was going to be sent to them at the time.

    I recieved a bill on 10-20-2022 after service was provided on 1-6-2022. I have called number ************ (disconnected) I have called ************ (says my account number is not valid. It is impossible to get ahold of them. I have tried CHAT (disconnected). I want to pay my bill I have paid $200.40 of $396.42 but can not find out. How am I suuppose to pay them when I can not contact them. Please send me a list of all my payments and charges. With a valid account number. Why can I not get ahold of you???????????????????

    This place is horrible. I have two insurances and they didn't bill them correctly. I didn't receive any statements regarding any balance owed. I check my credit and they sent me to collections and it shows on my credit report for owing $2500. Again, I have two health insurances and they billed them incorrectly and I had no idea this happened. They never mailed anything or contacted me via phone. I tried to call and the responses are ridiculous. They make you feel like you did something wrong or you did receive a notice in the mail. I need this removed from my credit report and someone to figure out how to bill insurances. If you read reviews it appears that this is happening to several people who are seen at this place.
