    I booked a flight through Travel Agency GTT (Golden Travel and Tours) 01/02/25 from *********** to FRA airport with a connecting flight from FRA to ADB 02/23/25 - 03/02/25. I received notification that the first flight was delayed which would have caused me to arrive to ***** late and be stranded because the driver to pick us does not operate late on Sundays. I explained the cancellation to *************** which informed us we can rebook up until a year. I contacted *************** to rebook the flight and was told that I need to complete this through the travel agency GTT and that they should be the ones to give us the credit and rebook the flights and are tickets are still in an open status. When I do contact *** im on hold for up to 4 hours and Im receiving pushback from them saying I need to contact ************** or ***************. No one is able to help and both airlines are informing me that the travel agency has full control of the ticket.I also purchased insurance with my flights tickets but *** has not helped in anyway with my dispute or even want to acknowledge the insurance security I have on my flight tickets
