This all started on May 16, 2022 when I had contacted my insurance company (Allstate) online regarding filing a claim for a water leak and that's when it all started I have had to deal with this company since then and I am still dealing with them because they owe me money for services not completed by them but they want me to pay my $1000 deductible and I am refusing to do because of how long and all the work that I have had to complete myself. I had a leak coming from my master bathroom toilet overflowing and it got in my master bedroom and caused a leak in my kitchen ceiling it literally 5 months to get the ceiling fixed to the way it should be and my bathroom tile replaced and my master bedroom carpeting replaced now isn't that a long time to deal with this. They got paid for stuff that me and my husband done ourselves because it was taking them so long and they expect us to pay our $1000 deductible and I don't think I should have to pay it because of all the c*** I had to go through to get this done and I even had employees tell me that I was getting $1776.99 back and nothing about us owing the $1000 deductible and the office manager doesn't even want to help me with this she just says you owe it and that's that she doesn't want to argue with me. I had to contact my insurance company because they weren't getting our house completed in a timely fashion and I guess this company was fined by my insurance company because of it. I just want my $1776.99 given to me which includes the $1000 deductible they want and I shouldn't be paying for it taking so **** long to complete my claim. They had to have my ceiling redone a couple of times because of it looking like you were surfing in the kitchen and the owner wanted us to take pictures and we did and told him that was the final product and he said no take pictures of the final product and we said that is the final product, 2 employees were horrified when they came to look at it they were embarrassed to work for them.
