  purchased windows they asked for 1/2 of payment they came out torn my 5 old windows out , they removed my based emergency widow and they said the owner *************************** gave wrong size and the new widow did not fit. they put old window back in and lost and **uld not find brackets to secure the widow in place, so they just put nails in widow and never informed me. when found out days later when we tried to open widow, i called back and was told they gonna bring some bracket once they found some and this was in april 2022. then the widow in bathroom ws put in in**rrectly, grout inside and out was very thick and sloppy, window screen dont close **rrectly in all 4 upstair widows and i have tape on widows to prevent flies and bugs from **ming. i called *************** and he left me message saying give him a chance to fix it and he will give dis**unt and dont call the **mpany to **mplain. then i tried opening one of the bedroom windows on jul 16th and i called left a vm. they the installation material **me out the widows and handing, no response. sent text to the installer. and his response by text was "POOP POOP". process was suppose to take 4 - 6 weeks and it been going on since with no **ntact from ** after they promise twice on dates they were gonna **me back. , very cheap window, i been ripped off and i gonna have to get these cheap windows replace i am sure by a real **mpany . wish to have my money returned and because i have to pay someone to **me out to repair the widow they damage in my basement.

  A new window for the bathroom has been ordered and a request for all the screens to be adjusted. Once the window has arrived, we will schedule a service call with the consumer. We are anticipating this within the next 2 weeks. **************** will have the office contact consumer for the approximate day and time.

  The office has scheduled a service call for Monday, 8/19/2022. Consumer has confirmed our visit; at which time, all the issues will be addressed and resolved.
