    In 2/8/22, I purchased a second patio door for my home from Next ******************************** I was very happy and satisfied with my first door so I decided to get a second one. Because this second door was on ground level of my home and the only rear access, the contract was amended to have the door with a key lock. I had to wait several months for the customized order, which was okay. I prepaid the full amount of the door. On 7/20/22, they installed it and when I inspected the installation, the key lock was not ordered on the door. They said it wouldn't be a problem because they could order the key lock and install it. On 8/19/22, they came back out for the second time and the key l On 10/5/22, they came back out for a third time with a new key lock and AGAIN, it did not fit. For months now, I've been making repeated calls to get this done and I continue getting told that they will take care it and take care of it. Here it is now 12/17/22 and I still do not have a finished product and installation and/or compensation for all of my months of aggravation, time, effort, and now having to write this complaint. They told me they would get the key lock ******* and that never happened. During my last call they said it would be another 2 weeks, but more than another 2 weeks has come and gone. I'm very disappointed with their lack of follow-up. Instead, I've continuously been put off by them with one excuse after another. How long does it take to get a lock? None of this would have been happening had they followed the order that specifically said that the door was to have a key lock.Next Windows and Doors already have copies of all of the paperwork and receipts associated to my case.
