    July 2021, I made contact with midwest wheelz, pertaining services i wanted quotes for, and informed them I didn't have the means to transport my motorcycle (**** ***** magna), as the battery was dead and it had a minor fuel leak under the tank (when running). I itemized all the things I knew to be wrong and services I was hoping for quotes for, i.e; fuel leak, dead battery, dry rot tires and also a general tuneup. They agreed and said they would get me quotes after they had a chance to give the bike a once over, and informed me it might be a while as they were transitioning from one garage location to another. I said this would be fine, as it was the end of riding season, and the extra.time would allow for me to build up additional funds to cover the work. A couple months went by, and I reached out after not hearing from anyone. They responded that almost all the work was done, except the carbs which they were waiting for another shop to return them repaired. At this point I was shocked, as I was waiting on quotes, and had given no authorization for work, having been given no prices for anything.I started making contact back with them (around april), inquiring what work had been done, and asking for an itemized list and prices, and for some form of contact to discuss what was going on. That was when their communications stopped entirely. I still have not heard from them at all, despite several attempts.

    Being as you haven't given us  any money towards it not even for towing it and have never once even come by the shop to talk about it and the last time we spoke on the phone you said you didn't have money for the repairs at that point I was questioning why you had us pick it up in the first place.  As for the trying to reach us a bunch of times I will say we just about always answer the phone and if we can't get too it as long as someone leaves a message the call will get returned. And if you felt that trying to call wasn't working even though I searched your number on our phone records and you had called 5 times including the 3 original phone calls before we even picked the bike up. You could have stopped by at some point we are open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm but you never have come by. We will be returning the bike to you late next week. We will put it back together as it was in the condition it was picked up in being we haven't been paid anything at this point and I will give you the parts that were purchased for it for the repairs free of charge as they were not easy to find or source with all the supply chain issues going on everywhere right now.
