****** allow ZipGrade to illegally broadcast my personal, private, mobile phone number to make the public believe that my phone number belongs to Zipgrade. Please use your search engine to type 'contact zipgrade' and you will see that ZipGrade has posted my private citizen's phone number claiming it to be Zipgrade's primary business number. I am bombarded with calls all through the day with people having zipgrade support questions. I have NO affilaition with zipgrade. Zipgrade, and ****** are somehow exempt from having to provide any level of customer service. So, it is not like I can contact them and they can remove my phone number from zipgrade's platform. Instead, they know full well that my number is a resident mobile phone number and that people are going to be misguided to me with zipgrade technical questions, so they continue to keep my personal phone number posted as zipgrades primary number to know avail. ZipGrade.com are somehow immune from providing customer support so I am reaching out to you for help. I have tried to run this major inconvenince by the big ****** and ****** law firm that claim to help the people on a contingency, but they won't take it as a case because they can't net 10K or more. Maybe you at the BBB will have more resourcefulness. Eitherway, I have no affiliation with ZipGrade and would like to stop getting harrased by the general public for ZipGrade customer support questions.

The underlying issue is that ZoomInfo is presenting ****** personal phone number is showing as the primary contact number for ZipGrade LLC.  We definitely understand how much this affects **** receiving many unsolicited calls.

As summarized in responses to the previous complaint and follow-up emails from ****:

    1. No one at ZipGrade LLC has ever submitted his phone number as a contact for ZipGrade LLC to any website or service.

    2. ZipGrade LLC has also been harmed by having the incorrect support number displayed by ZoomInfo.  Prospective and existing users are being directed to the incorrect person.  ZipGrade LLC has lost an unknown amount of sales and customer goodwill due to this issue.

    3. I have contacted ZoomInfo through their online submission 4 times since **** initially brought this to our attention with no action on the part of ZoomInfo.

    4. Both **** and I have emailed ZoomInfo via ******************** to request the removal of ****** number from the ZipGrade listing.

Overall, the at faulty party in this issue is ZoomInfo who continues to present inaccurate information as correct AND does not act on the requests to correct these faults.

I am an educator who teaches in a high school in **. I called into ZipGrade a couple years ago with a user-question and reached some guy who was stressed that I called because he was at his Son's baseball game. He did nothing to help me and at the time I let the subscription run out and never renewed it. Nor do I plan to renew or establish service. But, then, that zipgrade guy must've put my phone number out on one of zip grade's customer support resources. I get one or two calls a day from teachers all around the USA and neighboring regions. The public think I am a zipgrade customer service representative. I have provided zipgrade with my number is below and I have asked then to please promptly update their customer service information and remove my phone number below from their platform or wherever they advertise it. If you can put an inconvenience rate value of ( $10.00) on the disruptions I get from consumers thinking I am a zipgrade customer support, the dollar amount would surpass 10K. Over the past 2 years I have been inconvenienced by these calls well over a thousand times. Most law firms won't touch inconvenience cases unless they can win 10K or more on a contingency. I am there. I have reached out to zipgrade, but do not return my question. They must think I will table their calls for free and without no manuals to follow. The truth of the matter is, is that I have signed no zipgrade contract and I do not work for them.Thank you, *************************** Mobile: ************

We appreciate ********************** informing us that his cell phone number is being contacted by people seeking information about our company.  The email we received from ********************** on 8/9/23 is the first we were made aware of the erroneous contact number.

Upon receiving the email from ********************** on 8/9/23, I performed a ****** search for ZipGrade Phone Number. This resulted in two websites connecting Mr. ********** cell number and ZipGrade:
     - www.bbb.org - *************************************************************************************************************************
     - www.zoominfo.com - ***************************************************************

I immediately contacted both sites via the interfaces available to request the number be changed. As it is less than 24 hours later, I am still awaiting confirmation from both of the expected change. The BBB website indicated that it will take 2 days to review.

We can confirm that no current or previous employee at ZipGrade LLC has placed Mr. ********** cell phone number on any website owned by ZipGrade LLC or have entered that number for public display on any other website as being related to ZipGrade LLC. It is a detriment to ZipGrade for this number to be incorrect. We have no hypothesis on how or why the cellphone number was included on the ZIpGrade record.

Im hopeful the Better Business Bureau representative reviewing this response can discover how the erroneous number was allowed to appear on their website as being associated with ZipGrade LLC?

Overall, both parties have been harmed by the erroneous contact number being displayed on these websites. ZipGrade has lost sales and support opportunities as a result. We are sorry ********************** has been inconvenienced by these calls.

I believe appropriate and swift action has been taken by ZipGrade to resolve the situation now that weve been made aware. Further follow-up with these websites will occur until the numbers are removed. Additionally, I would ask ********************** to contact these websites to request the removal of his cell phone number to hopefully expedite the removal.
