    **** was scheduled to make a repair and was prompt and very professional. This is the third time he has performed work at my residence and the experience is always top notch.

    What a surprise to finally find a company that offers great customer service, is attentive and courteous and actually wants to make sure you are a satisfied customer! We recently had ************** install a Trane furnace and they were very pleasant, courteous and willing to answer any questions. They worked their butts off to get everything installed before the cold spell that was headed our way got here. ******* represents his company and team well, also emphasizing the importance of having satisfied customers and is also attentive to your needs, budget and concerns. Top notche all the way! We now have a new "furnace guy" and suggest you have Magtek become yours as well!

    We had an awful experience with ***** four years ago. They installed a new Trane A/C and it worked fine for 1 summer. Ten months later the a/c was not blowing as cold. About 50% capability. A tech came out charged me $150 and said I needed a $480 motherboard from Munch. I called a competitor and paid them to replace one of the capacitors for $80. Magnetic refused to honor their warranty. ***** the Magtec owner said his employee was right. Four years later and the motherboard is just fine. Their competitor said it was most definitely under warranty.
