    2/6/25 Their website promises to kill bed bugs without harsh chemicals. I admit, I was desperate for a solution, and I knew it was too good to be true. A couple minutes after I purchased, I looked up some reviews and saw that it wasn't as effective as promised. So I called customer service, maybe 10 minutes after I made the order and requested a full refund. And according to their return policy, if I request a refund on the same day they will simply void the transaction so it doesn't get processed. Well, the first representative I spoke to said it was already processed for shipping, that they can give me a 50% refund and I can do whatever with the product if I receive it. Both representatives said the word if a lot, as if they already knew it was a possibility that I might not receive it. I said no, I want all of my money back, I don't want your product. She said, so you want the refund? To which I said yes. I thought that was that. So what do I wake up to this morning!?! All $279.88 have been taken from my account without my consent, after clearly stating that I don't want their product and I want my money back. Terrible customer service, terrible business, terrible product, terrible morals. Picking on people who are already battling bed bugs and they want to steal my money. This is not ok.

    When you placed your order, your account was charged immediately as per our standard transaction process. At that very moment, our system began processing your order for shipping. Unfortunately, this means that by the time you contacted customer service the order was already in the shipping stage. That is why our representative mentioned that the order had been processed and that, under normal circumstances, we could only offer return label or a 50% refund at that point.

    However, we want you to know that we have since issued a full refund of $279.88 to your account. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this situation may have caused. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is satisfied with our service, and we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations.

    Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to contact us directly. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

    Ordered on 1/29. Shipped on 2/3. Between 2/3 and 2/6 item has not moved. I called and was informed that I would see it in 3, I still requested support from above the agent. between 2/6 until now 2/12 I have not had any contact with the company and no email or call on the issue. I still have no product after I was "promised" I would have it in 3 days or less. I reached back out to the company today and was told.. its on the way. its arriving late.. Which is what I was told the first time I called..... and.. "it will be there in less than THREE days.. I PROMISE" But don't worry. I will refund 50% of that product you don't have.. Of course I still had a problem since now I am requesting a full refund, as I have since purchased another product... that arrived in the 2 days that was "promised". Asked to speak to a supervisor.. "they are busy." 10min later and its now 75% off the product I don't have. Asked for a call back from the super when they are not busy... Still paid $40 for a bottle of nothing.

    It is completely unreal that I had to go this far just to be considered for a refund. Order status has remained unchanged. Awaiting refund from bank.

    I ordered this product 16 oz bottle of saybyebugs on 9/13/2023 never got my product then they said was sending again only to wait another 2 weeks and receive a mushroom grow kit!! I've never gotten what I paid for.
