My car was hit by person insured with Unique Insurance, i filed claim on date of accident 9/28/21, since then i left voicemail messages for the claim adjustor ******************* and did not get any response. Im driving with damaged car and their service is horrible. The company has horrible reviews and should not be in business. I need the company to contact me and get my car fixed ASAP.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
It has been 2 weeks since the accident occured, i have not had anyone give estimate on my car repairs and claim adjustor ******************* is not answering my calls and i left messages for her, she has not called me back, simply ignoring my calls, the worst insurance company. The place should be closed.Sincerely,

The adjuster's supervisor personally spoke with ******************** yesterday not long after receipt of her complaint. It was explained that there was a coverage investigation that we were working to conclude and once completed she would be contacted. It was also confirmed that we were in receipt of her estimate and photos. ******************** advised that she understood. Please have her contact our office should she have additional questions and we will be happy to discuss her claim further. Thank you.Customer response
