These people signed me up for their rewards program which is very vague and nowhere did they list a monthly recurring price of $ *****. I didn't even know I was signed up. Last month they charged me twice and I've filed a dispute with my bank card. Now again in October I see they have charged me again I have contacted them 4-5 times about this and it continues.I told them I would never do business again and to totally purge me from their system This must stop and I want an Immediate credit back to my card number ending **** with ***************Business response

This company has refunded the recurring charge that is not shown on their web page where advertised anywhere. My bank thankfully received the refund. This company obviously has honesty problems, if not they wouldn't have almost 400 complaints with BBB.

On 10/04/2021 3My wife ordered "The Legend Of Ireland" Mystic Topaz Men's Ring as a Christmas gift for me. There was a guaranteed delivery by Christmas which of course didn't arrive till several weeks later. I was very pleased with the gift until 3 weeks later when the "Silver Plating" started to wear off. Within a month I ended up with a ****** colored ring and discoloring on my finger. My wife wrote to the "Bradford Exchange" company relating the problem in hopes of getting some sort of resolution. Unfortunately all she got was a return e-mail stating they would relay the info to the proper personnel. A follow up e-mail with the complaint received a copy of the return policy. In essence the company sells less than quality jewelry. A $130.00 ring shouldn't have it's plating wear offBusiness response
