      Purchased a GHP ventless gas log fireplace from Lowes. Upon professional installation it was discovered that some parts were missing from the factory sealed box. Contacted *** who said dont return the product to Lowes, missing parts will be sent to you in 5 to 7 days. Three weeks later and 4 calls to *** customer service and still no parts. On last call to *** I was told they are in the process of moving warehouses. Was told other lies like the parts were in the mail on earlier calls to GHP.

      I purchased a *** grill this past summer. The grill handle broke down I called the company for a replacement. They agreed it was still under warranty and issued an order for a new handle to be sent out in the beginning of October. I have contacted them multiple times to find different excuses on why I dont have it yet, including out of stock, stuck at customs, sometimes the orders get lost, etc. I asked if they could just send a universal part from any grill that might fit close enough and they refused. I was refused transfer to manager/supervisors on calls as well. I am now wanting to return the grill for a full refund as I have not been able to use it longer than I had a chance to.

      I purchased a garage heater, December 01, 2023 with a one year warranty. The unit failed in October 2024. It would run but would not shut down raising the temperature in my garage to 90 degrees. I reported this to them and they said it was the heat sensor or thermostat which they would replace. They sent the sensor but not the thermostat. I called again informing them I did not receive the thermostat. Spoke with **** who said this part wasn't available and I would have to replace the unit at my expense. I said this was unacceptable and they should replace the unit with a substitute. He said he would get back to me but has failed.

      Purchased a Propane indoor heater, Model #BFSS20LPT-4P on April 25, 2024.Warranty period of 1 year. Heater unit is defective and a possible danger to use. Internal Gas Valve is defective and GHP Group will not ship a replacement heater or valve. Heater was purchased through ****** and it is beyond the return period for ****** to accept the heater. ****** advised us to contact *** and request parts or a replacement under the one year warranty. GHP Group representatives are avoiding emails and will not return our calls.

      Placed are order for a replacement part January 4th with *****. Order Number: 617311-1. Order was cancelled and reordered January 17th with **********. Order Number: 617311-3. The company is still selling this product but cannot provide replacement handles. Please remove one from a package and ship to me. Im positive one warehouse can locate a handle. I have been waiting for more than 4 months and paid long distance charges contacting representatives who cant help me.

      I made the purchase on 12/7/22. I have replaced a part twice and it still is not working. The warranty doesn't cover other parts I need, the thermostat and regulator. I paid $1166.47 for the fireplace and the blower, that was sold separately. I want a refund so I can go somewhere else and purchase another one. The fireplace is my only source of heat. I had to buy a small heater to heat my house but it is not heating my whole house and it costs more to have that than the fireplace.

      Here is a copy of the receipt of purchase from ******** I spoke with a representative on Friday 1/12/2024 who tried to troubleshoot the Pleasant Hearth VFL2-SO24DT 24" ************ ************* LOg Set ****** BTU's, which was purchased on 12/2/2022. She said that the repair part was obsolete and provided me a Return authorization number *******. I went to ******* on 1/13/2024 and spoke with the customer service representative who called ******* online.com representative ******* who stated that since it has passed the 90 day return policy, the manufacturer has to refund the money. You all were closed on Saturday so I had to wait until this Monday 1/15/2024 to call you all. I was on hold for 30 minutes before ****** answered the phone. I explained to her the situation and asked how we can get the refund since ******* could not do it because it was purchased in December 2022. She wanted troubleshoot again as I told her the item is packed up and on my truck because I drove an hour to ******* with the return authorization number ******* and was told that there is nothing to do as it is pass their 90 day return policy. When asked for a supervisor, ****** stated that she could not transfer me to a supervisor. She was rude and not customer friendly. I am totally disappointed in the service that I received and just want to know how this situation can be resolved. I sent an email to ******************************************* it came back as I was blocked
