I placed an order for hair in November 2023 from hairsisters and went to wrong address. I called hairsisters to make them aware that the address was changed when I received an email from the shipping company. I received a message that they were going to talk to the shipping company and get back to me. No one did reached out to me until I received a from the shipping company that the package was delivered to the wrong address. I not receive the ordered item. Email hairsisters to let them know that I did receive the order and they emailed me back and said they not do anything about my order and they are charging me for an order I did not receive.Initial Complaint

may 13, 2022, 10:49 am pdt, order #HS2205011084. i ordered a: SENSUAL ********************* COLLECTION 100% HH UHD 4X5 LACE WIG STRAIGHT 22" [V4X5ST22] - natural black. The listed price was $2.99, i got an $0.89 discount for a promo code, subtotal $2.10. shipping came to $8.99, for a total of $11.09. i paid via paypal & the transaction was completed. i received a confirmation email both from hairsisters & from paypal. about 40 minutes later, paypal notified me of a refund issued, and hairsisters sent me email saying refund issued at my request. i made no such request. i wanted the wig. it did seem an unusually low price, however it is not unusual to find one of a kind or discontinued wigs at a very low price on their website. now the wig is re-listed at $299.00. i understand mistakes are made..but the sale went thru & they should honor it. if i were in a ************** store, ******** target, macy's...the store would honor the lower price. an online store should be held to that same standard.Business response

This order has been remedied, She herself stated in several emails that she knew the pricing was in error. This order was cancelled and refunded in full , meaning we've made her whole, which is what we're required to do, not put her in a better position than when she placed the order. We will not be shipping this order out. nothing further is due to her. Tell us why here...Initial Complaint

I ordered a product and the company took the money out of my account and never sent a confirmation of anything a d I never received the product, I'm asking for a full refund.
