These people should be shut down! I bought a vehicle from them that they claim was a great van but said the noise I hear when it first start running is the serpentine belt that need to be replaced and they will do that for free. I had a friend come with me to test drive and see about the van and I asked about the brakes they said it's fine the car just been sitting for a while. That didn't sit well with me so after I bought it because over all it seamed good. I had the brakes checked by a trusted place and had them go ahead and do a diagnostic inspection they said there are many leaks and the brakes were severely bad and the control arm is really bad that the vehicle is not safe to drive! I went back and told tcb auto and they claim it's all subjective and said I would have to use the warranty and kept talking over me and being rude saying I'm verbally attacking her! My friend came with me to talk to them and she seen how I clearly was not and said she has a recording of us and I said good they need to see the tape to prove I was not and they overall customer service is horrible! They won't fix it or give my money back. I'm seeking legal action because this is not right and I shouldn't have to pay for a vehicle that was given to me as not safe to drive. They are putting me and my kids in danger! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!

On 2/22/24, Deidre bought a 2006 Honda Odyssey for $3800 (Plus cost of tax, title and plates).  Like with most all of our vehicles, we sold this with a 50% Warranty, in this case for 30 days (90 days for vehicles over $4000), meaning that if something were to go wrong with the vehicle in the first 30 days, and she brought it back to us, then we would do a ½ price repair.  In addition, we promised to replace the serpentine belt for free.  It was making noise because before we had replaced the water pump, it had gotten coolant on it and once a belt is soaked with coolant, they often start making noise.  The offer is still there to replace that belt for free.  After the purchase Deidre took the van to **** for an inspection (of course we welcome prep-purchase inspections anytime a customer chooses to do so).  She gave to us a print out of their inspection and their prices for repairs.  They recommended Front and rear brakes, with pads, rotors and calipers for $1703.41.  They recommended front CV axles and control arms for $1929.07.  They recommended front struts and rear shocks for $1936.78.  On their Courtesy Inspection form, they also noted power steering lines leaking, oil leaking and transmission fluid leaking, but did not submit estimates for any of those items.  We disagree with the recommendation provided by ****, but if Deidre still wants those parts replaced, We are willing to do them under our 50% warranty which would end up being closer to ¼ of the dollar amounts on the **** estimate.  Of course, we still owe her a free serpentine belt as well.

I did give TCB auto a copy of everything that was stated from ***** tire and auto and tried coming to them about the whole situation and they offered to fix the serpentine belt but they may disagree but it's facts of what is wrong and I tried to make listen on letting them check it out to see for themselves but they customer service is horrible and should not treat someone in the way they did. I asked when they would be done looking over the vehicle and about me staying while they look over it with the appointment we made but she was nasty about it all and wouldn't tell me anything helpful with solving the problem. I have no problem with having it checked by another company to verify what ***** tire and auto said to prove it is a hazardous and unsafe vehicle. We will agree to disagree. These are problems that should have been fixed before selling the van and I should not have to pay for these issues whether it is 50% off or not. I even requested my money back by having my attorney send a letter to them and they refus to respond to them. So I will be taking further action to get my money back. 50% of is not being fair when it has this many issues. Things could have gone better if she was not so nasty and saying they will not cooperate with anything. I would love to have the surveillance cameras watched to see how they act along with all the paperwork I have to proof my case along with a witness. I want my money back and they can have the van back. They try to make like they are nice and do no wrong and they are right now matter what but no one is perfect. I trusted them and think I would have to go to outside sources to make sure they give me a good vehicle considering they have a shop to fix on cars and they are a dealership. So I will be taking legal action because this is unfair and not right to a single mother of 3 kids trying to better herself.

I bought a car from these folks and am very disappointed. Do not buy from them. They have a repair garage in their facility and assured me the vehicle was checked over and supposedly replaced my breaks before my warranty expired. I took my car to a trusted source for an oil change and they said I had a rusted frame and it was unsafe to drive. I took it back to TCB and told them, they said all cars have rusted frames, it's not a big deal. That indicated to me that my safety didn't matter. They offered to pay half for a sub frame which would also be a bit rusted, I shouldn't have to pay for anything, I was given a bad deal. I took it to another mechanic and he stated that I would need a new frame and it was unsafe to drive. So I took it back and the owner would not give in. He would replace the frame if I paid for half. He also said I should have had it checked by a mechanic before I bought the vehicle from them, but there is always a loop hole in this state and they get away with it. By now my warranty has expired and my vehicle sounds like a tin can, so I will have to take legal action at this point. Please heed my warning. Make sure you check your vehicle at trusted mechanic before you buy from this establishment
