      Getting all the necessary information on all the great benefits and services was the main focus, however the care and respect I received from from my customer ********************** representative ****** gave that little extra that says I matter to the company, and that I am not just a policy Thank you Endurance for allowing such a great person explain everything to me!!...

      Endurance made the process of selecting them easy by excellence of customer ********************** I just started my claim with them today after being stranded on the side of the road with flashing check engine light they also told me since Im more than 100miles from home they can cover hotel and food cost for me up to 5 days while my car is being fixed which was a blessing being Im 4 hours from home in a new state with no friends or family close by to get me to my house above and beyond service by them I highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a warranty from them to due so

      I was looking for a service warranty for my used car and found Endurance to have the highest rating of ten companies. I had a wonderful salesperson explain everything in detail and at times repeat the details. I felt very pleased and confident to purchase the suggested plan. Since there was a ***** period for me to think about it and cancel if I wanted to, I decided to go to my dealership and ask if they would compare what they had with what Endurance sold to me. It took less than 15 minutes for them to tell me this was a great plan and they couldnt beat it. Needless to say, Im keeping the Endurance plan.

      Signed on with ox car care and thought I would check around and they beat 100 per month and 100 deductible instead of *************************************************** 45 min 4 dropped calls 3 wrong department just trying to save people from the frustration

      My claim was denied even though the needed repairs are listed on my coverage plan. My daughter who took the car to the dealership was told by agent that it was an existing condition (not true). I was told by the agent is not covered because their is no wear/tear of the part & the issue was internal, so it was not covered.
