If there was 0 star or worse rating , i would give it. Scammers ,******** ,Scammers ,Scammers ,Scammers ,Scammers ,Scammers Scammers at their best , scams healthcare settings , we signed up with them for medical waste disposal, we requested our pick up schesuling to be every 3 months, they never did the change , they kept the pich up schdule to be on monthly basis so they chargew us more, i gave them the reference number from 3 months ago and they still said they will look into it , and they asks us to pay for the service we didnt request, called them to cancel the account, they give you very hard time until you lose your mind and hang up. I advise everyone to stay away at all cost and try different companies. from sales to customer service all trained to scam you . worst customer service ever, that is ofcourse when you are able to reach to someone to talk to .Stericycle, Inc. i wish i can give them 0 star i was overcharged for a pick for close to $1000 . i did not pick up the error until my manager pointed out since it is automatic payment. i called 3 times and each time different reason. i got finally hold of the " manager" who finally admitted that it was mistake in their part and informed that i will be getting a refund. now i am going to monitor each of my transaction closely. what a company. please stay awayStericycle, Inc. IT'S INCREDIBLE HOW DUBIOUS A LARGE COMPANY LIKE THIS CAN BE AND STILL BE IN BUSINESS!! We're having the same exact problem as other reviewers here mention. Stericycle has NEVER ONCE picked up waste from our clinic, even after making several calls asking where they were and trying to divulge when and if they were coming to pick up anything. Once we set up waste removal of our own, Stericycle started sending us a bill for a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, which we never requested, for services which again were NEVER RENDERED. We have never once had any Stericylce personnel pick up from us. We called their customer service line on numerous occasions to alert them of situation, to have the fraudulent charges removed from our so-called account, and to have the account cancelled so as to stop building up the false charges. We too were told by the billing department "charges would be credited since services were not fulfilled." We are still receiving collection notices from their internal collection department, we have emailed and called too many times, refuting this balance, with each agent on the phone promising us we will receive a call from their "customer service specialist" and getting no call and no email in response. We are planning legal action at this point because, unlike Stericycle, we run an honest business and deserve a clean record to show for it.Stericycle, Inc. Response

Stericycle driver skipped our location 6 months in a row we only received one pick up from the point we signed up for services and the time we canceled. Numerous attempts to contact to notify of missed pick-*** were ignored, Took several months and threat of legal action to cancel, once canceled we were told by the billing department months charged would be credited since services were not fulfilled, we are now receiving collection notices from their internal collection department, we have emailed refuting this balance, with no response except from their automated response system. The location being rated is the *** location at *********************. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.Stericycle, Inc. Response

If you are looking for shredding services, my advice is, do not even get started with this company. They do not come and do regular pick *** but they still charge for their services that we did not receive. They have times that they say that they came that were outside of our business hours even though our business hours are clearly posted on our account. They posted Certificates of Destruction for all the times that they did not pick up and when I emailed them with the copies of all the times that they certified that they did come which by the way, did not have any signatures to prove that they came, no one responded to my email. When I called to cancel, they did not wish to cancel our account so told me to call back on another day. I finally was able to speak to someone about cancellation, and although they told me that it would take 7-10 business days for them to come out and pick up the console. When someone called me the following week, they told me the 7-10 days would be starting now even though I was told that it would start on the day I actually requested the cancellation. When they finally came out to pick up the EMPTY console (our new company was nice enough to take the back up of shredding away for free), they charged us for the pick up as well as shredding. I am currently trying to get a refund for this final shredding service that they did not provide. They say that they did pick up papers to shred even though my office workers all were witnesses that they took away an empty console. When will it end? Even though their services have been cancelled, I am still unable to get all the issues resolved. Asking to speak to someone higher up in the chain of command has even been refused.Stericycle, Inc. We have been very disappointed in this company. They show up when they are not scheduled and then bill us for the service. We are trying to cancel our service and I have now had several phone calls to agents that state " Someone will contact you within 2 business days". So far this has not happened. I am sorry we chose this service in the first place and now in a situation where we can't get anyone from customer service to return calls so we can cancel the service. My advice is not to even start with this company. There is never an account specialist available. For such a large company this is so sad they do not have enough staff for immediate help. It is unfortunate that I have to give them 1 star because they are not worth that.Stericycle, Inc. Response

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Stericycle. Their billing practices are absolutely awful, with surprise charges appearing on invoices without any explanation or prior notification. When attempting to resolve these billing issues, their customer service was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored.Furthermore, Stericycle's prices are exorbitantly high for the level of service they provide. It feels like they are taking advantage of their customers with inflated fees and hidden costs, making it difficult for small businesses like mine to afford their services.Overall, I cannot recommend Stericycle based on my negative experiences with their billing, customer service, and pricing structure.Stericycle, Inc. "Attention businesses! ?? We've been using ShredIt in **********, ****, a Stericycle Company, for a few years now for its document shredding service. We've encountered some concerning practices that we believe you should know about. The concerns started a year or two ago when invoices lacked proof of service, namely initials or signatures from a team member that verified ******* had picked up and shredded documents. Eventually the company waived the charges for unverified invoices, after months of collection efforts by their collection agency. Their contract says they will get verification. We told the company in writing that in the future we would only pay verified invoices. However, despite our clear communication, this practice has resumed even after another written notice that we will only pay verified invoices. When we tried to terminate our contract when this first came up, we discovered it had auto renewed for 5 years! What's more, the original agreement was signed by a receptionist without the authority to bind our company. Had I known they wanted a 5 year commitment, I would have declined. If you're considering working with *******, be aware of these practices and make sure your interests are protected.
