    Stay away from anything ************************* touches if you value not being stolen from, ethical business practices, and being treated with common courtesy. ****** managed a building I owned in for 2.5 years and the main reason we left was because of the way he ran the building and allowed the board to run corruptly. He was permitting the board to falsify record keeping and ALWAYS took side with the board when things got tense amongst the residents. Then when we went to move out he wouldn't take our calls to get the condo documents to close on selling our condo, his equally rude secretary would not transfer our calls. It got to the point we talked to our lawyer about suing him to get the condo documents. Good thing we had a 60 day closing because finally after 45 days he produced the documents. Meanwhile, 30 maximum legal allowable days to deliver condo docs in ******** THEN charged us a $300 expedite fee. I cannot even tell you how free we felt when we got out from a ******-run building and ******-run ***. STAY AWAY no matter what. Even if I found an absolute dream condo at a dream price, if I found it was run by ************** would run far and fast.
