    I wish there were a lesser review than the 1 star I had to click on. Absolutely the worst customer service probably in the nation that I have ever dealt with. I have been trying for 3 months to get a refund of a duplicate/double payment made in July; noticed on my August **** statement and trying to get refund since then. Have called them multiple, numerous times (15?) and keep getting the run around and conflicting info about the refund. The last call on Nov 4 was told refund check was made on Nov. 1 but would take 7 - 10 days. It is now Nov 15 and still no refund.Except for 1 of the 15 phone calls their service staff have been totally unhelpful, will not transfer you to a supervisor/manager, or if they do the phone call is conveniently dropped or you are put back in the menu or transferred to another 'service' rep that still cannot help you.At what point in their double charging me and not refunding does this become a fraudulent and criminal activity? This company should not be in any business 'serving' the public because they don't.
