BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a ***** 562 Headset from them on ******. After I found out the headset wasn't compatible with my office phone I requested a refund and sent all their items back. They incorrectly charged me a restock fee for the entire price of the item, $302. They claimed I didn't send the exact same headset back which is a lie. I returned the exact headset they sent to me and now they are trying to keep all my money and the headset. TOTAL SCAM.

BBB,Thank you for contacting PCNation. We want to thank Mr. **** for placing an order with PCNation. The product that we shipped to Mr. **** was brand new and factory sealed. It is very unfortunate the item was damaged during shipping. Upon notice from Mr. **** that the item arrived damaged, PCNation immediately initiated a damaged package claim. We asked Mr. **** to forward photos of the item and packaging which are required for damage shipping claims. We received the requested photos and within 1 business day, PCNation had the freight damage claim approved and forwarded a pre-paid return shipping label to Mr. **** for sending the item back. A full refund will be provided for the order on receipt/processing of the returned item. If any additional information is needed, please do not hesitate to let us know. We apologize to Mr. **** for the item being damaged in transit and appreciate his patience.Cordially,***** **** PCNation Customer Service

We (our company) purchased a computer for a new hire from **** at PCNation. The computer began faulting out within the first week of using it. We tried EVERYTHING. PC nation directed us to **** and they could not get it working. PCNation refused to take the computer back or give us a refund on equipment. Instead they told us we would have to pay a restocking fee on the garbage equipment they sell. This tells me they intend to restock the trashy equipment to sell it to someone else. Ridiculous. The cost of labor in wasted time has well surpassed the cost of the computer.

I purchased two cameras from this store for $86.23 each received an order acknowledgement. I then received a note that the price was incorrect on the website and that my order would be cancelled, however I was still offered to buy them for $220 each. I then received a note to call customer service. Upon doing so I was offered cameras of other manufacturers. This is a prime example for bait and switch! Do not buy from this store. It was my first and last experience with PC Nation

Thank you for your feedback. PCNation has been in business for 25+ years and has shipped millions of orders. For your order, we regrettably notified that there was a website oversight caused by 2 different manufacturers offering the same part BC500. Because of this, the website crossed pricing and availability for the 2 different items with the same part BC500. We pointed out that the item you ordered was not in stock. Due to the website confusion, we offered a reduced price from the normal cost of the Synology cameras if you could wait for stock. If you also called in, it is possible an alternate item was suggested by a CSR due to the Synology items not being in stock. We are very sorry for the circumstance and appreciate the opportunity you gave us.Cordially,******************* ******** Service Supervisor
