*********************** ****************** ****************/16/2024 Better Business Bureau ********************************************************************** Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Land Rover Northfield regarding the recent service performed on my vehicle. On 02/07/24 I brought my car in to have the front windshield replaced. Unfortunately, during this process, damage was incurred to the back bumper of my vehicle.Upon noticing the scratch on the back bumper, I promptly contacted Land Rover Northfield to address the issue and requested that they rectify the damage. However, upon receiving my vehicle back, I was dismayed to find that not only was the original damage not repaired, but the bumper had been completely replaced with one that had even more damage than before. When I brought this to their attention, the staff at Land Rover Northfield were dismissive and uncooperative. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and insisted that the additional damage was minimal and did not warrant repair. Furthermore, their attitude towards me was hostile, and they went as far as to inform me that I was not welcome at their establishment. To make matters worse, they threatened to report their vehicle as stolen if I did not return their loaner car immediately, despite the fact that they had failed to fulfill their obligation to repair the damage they caused. This behavior is unacceptable and completely unprofessional.I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I have received from Land Rover Northfield. Not only have they failed to rectify the damage they caused to my vehicle, but they have also been deceitful and disrespectful towards me as a customer. I urge the ********************** to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that Land Rover Northfield is held accountable for their actions. Also, I have attached before and after pictures.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,***********************

Bought vehicle from Land Rover ********** Included warranty that expired in **** We took the vehicle to Land Rover Northfield (for proximity) to get service on an error message on dashboard. Around 10/26/22 They charged my wife $294 to bring the vehicle in to look at it as they said there was no warranty. We picked up the vehicle untouched and they would not refund the $294 as they said it was for a service check-up. After they did nothing and said they would call us back when they could fix it, they refunded the $294.We were told they have the part and can fix the problem under the warranty, they then convinced my wife to also do an over-priced oil change/maintenance, etc. and then after all of that they never fixed the issue we brought the car into them for.We were charged $928.03 on 11/16/2022 for an oil-change??? We only brought it to the dealership to do the work as they were going to fix the main problem we were bringing it to them. If they couldn't fix the problem we brought it to them for, then we didn't need to waste our time nor money to resolve. We have wasted too much time on this issue. Both with phone calls, visits to the service department, threatening emails from their attorney, etc. and still have the same problem with the car that is covered under warranty.I received a threatening letter from ************* representing them demanding the money in 30 days as I disputed the payment with my credit card processor and they couldn't provide evidence of completed service. Now I have a vehicle that I purchased with warranty but am unable to bring it to my local dealership due to demanding threats and under-performing service department.Worst of all my wife was harassed this entire time by their service department, making her feel uncomfortable and forced to pay for a service that was covered under warranty and for one they never completed.
