Falcon *** client hit my car, and admitted it, while it was parked unoccupied in my apartment parking lot. Falcon *** is a BAD FAITH *** company that tries to NOT pay legitimate claims to both their own clients and to victims of their clients. In this case they have NOT paid the reimbursement cost of the rental car, $2,724.50. All receipts and documentation has been provided to Falcon ***. I want to be reimbursed for my full out of pocket rental car expense of $2,724.50.Business response

I was was passenger in a vehicle that was rear-ended by one of their insured. This company never contacted us AT ALL!! We had to do the initial contacting. This company is the worst to deal with. What should have been an open and close claim they have dragged out for months. Once you send in everything they request they come back and say that's not enough information and they come up with something else for you to send in to prolong the claim. They also use very deceptive practices. They asked for permission to very my employer, rate of pay and hours missed due to the accident. Once they got in contact with the employer they didn't even verify that info they tried to ask information to see if they offer health benefits and if I was enrolled, even after I've already clarified that information with them. When confronted about that the supervisor's response was "Well they said if we have any questions to ask?" My claim still isn't resolved because they won't accept the itemized **** from the hospital, they are requesting another statement. I'm sure once they receive that they will come up with something else not to settle this claim. Even to date they are still contacting my employer to try and verify information that they weren't given permission to verify.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: its a complete lie. There is no documentation giving them permission to ask my employers about anything at all. They have handled this claim very unprofessionally. They finally called with an offer yesterday 3/14/22. They offered $100 for lost wages and I lost close to $2K. They also continue to email my employer trying to get them to verify additional information thats been verified several times by me. They also lied and said that THEY HAVE to send the check to pay the medical **** directly to the hospital which is a complete lie. I have no liens or anything with the hospital. Once I called back to confront them with this information, I was told that they are rescinding the offer and my claim has now been referred to the Special Investigation Unit but they have no number for me to contact that department, I think its just another stall tactic. But the insurance bureau needs to look into this company and how it handles consumers. I didnt ask to be rear ended by their insured.Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:To Whom It May ********************************************************** issue still isnt resolved. This insurance company is flat out lying just as a stall tactic. Myself or my employer NEVER gave permission to speak about anything but the hours missed, they are deceitfully using the highlighted part in that correspondence to try to extract additional information. Also they are trying to defame my character by stating that I have 3 fraudulent insurance claims, thats definitely not true at all. The fact of the matter is that their insured rear ended a vehicle that I was a passenger in on the highway and they are responsible. All claims regardless of the state are supposed to be handled in good faith, PERIOD!!
I have not even been contacted by any investigator or anything. Im willing to speak to whoever about whatever because I have absolutely nothing to hide. So this case should not be closed. This company needs to be called out for its practices. Theres no reason why the BBB should be giving this company such great ratings with all of the negative reviews and complaints all similar in nature to mine theres no way.
Feel free to call me if need be. I will be looking into notifying news outlets of how this compliant is being handled by your company and theirs. Im a BBB member myself and this is a disgrace. That leaves me to question what exactly does your ratings mean? What weight do they hold if youre backing a company like this?

I am rejecting this response because: They are eluding to what was asked of them. They have made accusations that they cant confirm. So now they are trying to stall even longer. The investigator has yet to contact me. I havent heard from them at all. I was told that I would have to meet with someone from their company to do a recorded disposition,that hasnt happened either. As I stated before and as the law states all claims are to be handled in good faith and this one has not. They are using very deceptive practices while handling this claim. This report should be made public so consumers are aware of how this company handles business or lack there of.Sincerely,

I was in an automobile accident on 12/4/21. I was rear ended by someone whose vehicle is covered by Falcon Insurance Group. I met all requirements on my end to file a claim with my own insurer and with Falcon. As of 2/26/22, Falcon has not determined whether the incident is covered under their policy. My own insurance will not proceed with my 'uninsured motorist' coverage unless Falcon officially denies the claim. ***** law requires that an insurer approve or deny a claim within 15 days of receiving all required documents. I believe 10+ weeks to be an unreasonable amount of time to resolve this issue. My vehicle is not currently undrivable until repairs can be made. Claim #: TX21-15681Business response

On November 23 2021 my car was hit by a truck license plate DMH **** the driver ************************************* admitted to *********************************** that he was at fault. ********************* was also insured through Falcon Insurance. I filled my claim within days. We are now in mid February 2022 and I have not been contacted by the insurance every time I call his adjuster Ms.Vanity they automatically decline my call. The last thing that was said to me was from my adjuster and she claimed that Ms.Vanity would contact me once they got a hold of ********************* this was back in the beginning of December. It is extremely frustrating that I have called and called since then and keep getting sent to voicemail automatically. In three days it will be exactly three months since the accident and my car is yet to be fixed. My claim number is TX21-15094Business response

Like I stated previously Ive been told this repeatedly. I also have a copy of the police report which I asked where I could send it to since they claimed theyre unable to get a hold of it, I was never sent an email address or anything in to which I could send a copy to. ********************** himself told the officer he was at fault , Would that be enough evidence? Because truly this is ridiculous it shouldnt take this long for a case in which both parties stated who was at fault from the beginning.

My son was driving my truck and a lady turned two lanes in front of him and hit him. The police gave everyone the report showing she was at fault. I have been trying to contact them and text and no response. The lady also got a ticket for wreckless driving. Falcon is her insurance company and they have admitted guilt but has not made compensation for the totalling out of my truck. No rental or communication to get this situation resolved. The accident happened November 4th 2020. I have spoke to them back in November but since then I've left recording, texted and no calls or response. Falcon insurance provides auto insurance to high risk drivers. One of their insured drivers hit our car while he was intoxicated, and the police report clearly shows that the accident was his fault. Falcon insists that they cannot process our claim because they haven't been able to contact the insured. If they can't contact him, they will close the claim from "lack of interest." After several phone conversations with their agents, it is clear that they have no intention of paying our claim. This company appears to be fraudulent in that they provide insurance to high risk drivers but do not pay claims.Business response

There was a accident involving my vehicle and another vehicle on 1/25/2022. I was not a fault. The police were called and issued the driver who caused the accident a ticket. I believe that this driver did not have a drivers license and was driving someone else car. Insurance information was swapped. I called the car's insurance company (Falcon Insurance Company) to file a claim, questions and answers were swapped. On the 25th of January the woman told me that a insurance adjuster would come out and inspect my vehicle for damage and told it will be within 24hours. Did hear any thing. Called the next day (26th) I spoke to someone named ******** I was told to wait 24 to 48 hours. Still did not hear anything. I have lost four days of work waiting for this insurance adjuster to show up.Business response

This company seems to be illegally protecting their insured drivers based on my experience and other ****** reviews. I was hit 2 months ago and falcon insurance group is saying theyre closing the claim based on their drivers noncompliance. I called to figure out what was happening, obviously frustrated, and was hung up on. The adjuster did not answer when I immediately called back. I called another claims representative and they said they would keep the claim open and contact that departments supervisor, but I have no idea if thats true. Based on other reviews, it seems this company does not try very hard, if at all, to contact their drivers. Then they close claims. Great way to save on paying for damages if you ask me. If theres a class action suit against this company, please include me.Business response
