I signed up with Stealth Media in February but we agreed to start in May with a $2K deposit.I have paid them a total of $4K and spent an additional $2K+ in ads on Facebook. They "guarantee" an additional $100K in revenue in 28 weeks and they also have a "30-day guarantee", if I'm not happy I was to be refunded. They couldn't deliver on any additional generated revenue at all let alone what they advertise and guarantee. Once I tried to get my refund and even before that they tried to blame me for their incompetence. They have refused to refund my $4K. The ad ran from 5-6-24 to 7-6-24. Since they are stealing at this point I want my $4K and my ad spend refunded. Total is $6296.67.Business Response

Thank you for your feedback, ***** We take all concerns seriously and would like to clarify the situation.
1. Process and Participation: Our success depends on a collaborative effort. As outlined in our contract, active participation, including attending scheduled calls and following our strategic recommendations, is crucial. Unfortunately, our records indicate that you did not attend several key meetings or fully engage with our process, which significantly impacted the campaign's effectiveness.
2. Ad Spend and Contract Terms: The total ad spend of $2,296.67 was directly used for ******** campaigns which was under the agreed upon amount. The $4,000 paid to Stealth Media covered our services, including campaign creation together, calls with team, and training on how to do sales and marketing. These payments were made in line with the contract you signed, which clearly defines our scope of work and guarantees.
3. Performance and Guarantees: Our 30-day guarantee and the 28-week revenue goal are contingent upon client participation and adherence to the agreed-upon strategy. The contract specifies that guarantees are null and void if the agreed processes are not followed. We have documented evidence showing that these critical steps were not adhered to, impacting the campaign's success.4. Refund Request: Given the above, the conditions for a refund as per the contract were not met. While we understand your frustration, we stand by our teams efforts and the services provided.

I am rejecting this response because:I did everything that was requested of me. ********************************* lied during the sales conversation stated I was the only one in ******* participating in this program when I inquired about it. He said the next closest person in the program was *********, that was a lie. There is another Doc about 1.5hrs from me in the program. He further stated only 2 calls per week needed to be completed. That also turned out to be lie. We also discussed the ad spend was up to 2K/mo not that it had to be that per month or more. That was also turned out to be a lie. Stealth Media states that recorded conversation was deleted. I'm sure that is a lie too based on precedence.
All conversations were recorded by them and they are ignoring the ******************************************* effect on my call with *****. They fired ***** for trying to help clients that weren't getting results and they didn't inform me, ***** did.
I was on more than enough calls conducted by Stealth Media to meet my requirements. Furthermore they state I only made 19 calls out of thier CRM. I made 60+ calls in one day alone out of their CRM. They are lying about that as well.
They are in breach of contract and are in violation of the law.
Sincerely,

Thank you for your continued feedback. We look to have all sides informed of what is going on:
1. Sales Representation: We take allegations of misinformation very seriously. Our team aims to provide accurate and honest information during sales conversations. We hear your question about your given state. The information provided was based on the best knowledge of ******* at the time as he was not aware of anyone else. We will investigate further to clarify any potential miscommunication.
2. Call and Ad Spend Expectations: Our process typically involves a collaborative approach where a minimum number of calls and a certain level of ad spend are required to achieve optimal results. The details of these expectations are clearly outlined in the contract, in the video course, and onboarding. We always review things to make sure they are black and white with it.
3. Recorded Conversations and Guarantees: We do record calls however we are humans and stuff can get deleted by mistake. Unfortunately these are one of those instances. However the contract clearly states what you need to do to stay in the refund policy. Our 30-day guarantee, as explained in the contract and during onboarding, is contingent on meeting specific criteria. ***** did not meet the criteria for that.
4. Engagement and Effort: We have records of your participation and activity within the *** system. We also have records of group call attendance.
5. Staff Changes: Regarding your interaction with *****, we are committed to maintaining a high level of service despite any internal changes. As soon as ***** was let go we sent out emails to all of his clients. I will not discuss why ***** was let go.
6. ***** has also messaged dozens of current/past clients who have told him numerous times of their success with our program. The failure to follow the program has been stated to him by multiple clients and we have screenshots with that.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:1. Sales Misrepresentation: The conversation I had with ******* that conveniently got deleted was full of lies and misrepresentation. Again, he stated: I was the only client in *******, I needed to attend 2 calls a week total, ad spend "up to 2K" which ****** also confirmed on a call with her. (that call is recorded as well)
2. Call and Ad Spend: Again ad spend is "up to" and I attended the required amount of calls (see #1)
3. Recorded Conversations and Guarantees: I fulfilled my obligations as discussed, they are flat-out lying and misrepresenting what the facts are.
4. Engagement and Effort: There were no requirements that I had to make all of my calls out of the **** The ad that ran did not have the same phone number as the *** phone number. I did so as requested by ***** so my calls could be reviewed. (they were trying to place the blame for their failed program onto me). In one day alone I made 60+ calls out of the ***, they state only 19 calls total out of 8 weeks were made out of the *** which is completely false. Please refer to #1 about the number of calls I needed to attend.
5. Staff Changes: I was not informed until a week after ***** was let go. (he didn't show up to our scheduled meeting) ***** is the one who notified me, not Stealth Media. ***** was let go because he actually cared about clients' results and was trying to make that happen. He was let go for that, I have proof!
6. They hold a certain "flagship" clinic out as proof of their sub-standard program doing 50K/mo. It's on a recorded conversation from that clinic that he only had sold 2 Neuropathy programs in that particular month so there is no way they consistently are doing that, but they are advertised as such. I have proof of them failing to fulfill their guarantees to several clinics and then denying their refund.
7. Ultimately they lied in the beginning, couldn't fulfill their guarantee, and are fraudulently withholding my refund. Again, they're in breach and violation of law.
Sincerely,

I hired this company in 02/23 to create social media ads two weeks in I let them know that I would not meet the standard that they themselves said, of 20 new patients or $60,000. I asked for a refund which two weeks later the owner agreed to give me, this was in March. It is now June I have yet to receive my refund after multiple attempts of reaching out to the owner. My emails are ignored. They kept $3000 they promised to refund, I have the entire email chain of false promises. I was supposed to receive a refund in full after 15 days. Did not happen, I disputed the transaction with my bank, but they provided proof that I agreed to no refunds even though the contract states that I would, and the owner said I would too.Business Response
