I had water damage, this company came out to mitigate one employee of the company brought their dog and let it run around my yard, after I complained about that it happened again the next day and used my yard as their washroom. They overcharged my insurance company for the mitigation claiming they were there for 3 days and with 20 fans, they had 10 actual fans at my residence and where not running for 72 hours. It took 4 guys 9 hours to hang 5 sheets of drywall, 2 guys 6 hours to tape and mud the 5 sheets. They also clogged my slop sink with drywall mud which caused another water issue, where I had to get someone out to unclog the sink clean out my pump room and dry the floors yet again. After that experience I asked them to remove their stuff and not come back, the owner threaten to lien my house if I did not pay promptly, what choice did I have. The salesman was very disrespectful and also threaten to call my insurance company, claiming that they were "fluffing up" the estimate so I would not have to come up with my deductible. Insurance fraud. I think this company should be put out of business or at least some insurance companies should not take their word for the mitigation work and look into their companies practices.
