    Sunday, June 18th, 2023- Ordered Mcdonalds on the appselected the 20% off $10 or more coupon. (it showed it couldn't be used, but still stayed on the order). I did the math and it did not take off 20%. I contacted the company on their form online and on ******** chat- no help was received and I've since been ignored.Just looking for my $4.45 refund and this is quite ridiculous to have to wait a month for such a small amount of money.See the mobile order and the coupon in the attached photos.

    I am rejecting this response because this is not a solution. The location is ************************* *************** ** *****. And let me be clear this is a mobile app issue not a restaurant issue. Along with a ******** and website customer service issue of lack of response

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  ************** referenced in this complaint is an owned and operated store.  Please forward this matter to the owner referenced in this matter as only the owner can issue a refund.  Please close the matter against McDonald's.  Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because, this has taken too much effort on my part and this is not a solution for me to have to go back to the McDonalds for them to issue a refund, please refund my card as Im requesting.
