    ********** this company is a complete scam do not accept any job offers from this company as they will tell you your hired and on the first day fire you. They have cost me my livelihood. I left my job of 5 years to start with them I have all emails stating Im hired I even was sent their equipment. Signed in the first day and told to sign out. Was told there was a glitch in their system and sent my offer letter saying I signed a contract saying I can be let go for no reason what so ever. Ok fine but they never even let me start. Single mother with a sick child and now no job and no way to pay my bills due to their incompetence. I will be pursuing this matter please check all reviews On this company before starting. I didnt. And regret it tremendously. On the verge of losing everything because they emailed and called and sent me start dates all of which were lies. Dont think this cant happen to you. Look at **** reviews and ****** fort and so on.

    Did training but I luckily found new employment before start. Never got paid for the training I attended

    The company is hostile to it's agents and managers and trainers. The goal meet call volumes and to meet the contracted obligation with out rewarding the workers doing it. The agents will not have any holidays, sick days, or vacation days from TPUSA. They allow a limited access to pto hours that can be earned over a year but don't role over. Each December you will get **** pto hours that can't be used and are not paid to you. The company has a high demand for time out of work hours. Often employees are required do tasks with her out of work hours.
