      Worst financial platform I've ever interacted with. Customer support is just as bad as their UI. Forced into being a customer because they bought my 401k from an employer. Would never use this company if I had a choice.

      When our *** went from ******* to Inspira I was so hopeful things would improve and they have not. The website is awful with it is threatening warnings to close down your account but little direction on why The communication is slow and lax. I received notice that I owed money back to the *** account in late 2024 from a charge in 2023. I paid the 97 $ to reactivate my account however since it was almost 2 years later I was not able to use the 97$ it still sits there as on the 2023 account. RIP OFF I have had the same HRT and Supplement Treatments for 5 years through 2 physicians, yet I have to submit new documents every time. Then the same documentation is rejected and I have to start over again and pay to have new documents created. Our company only provides one option for health insurance so I have not other options but if you do stay away from Inspira FSA

      This is the worst company Ive ever had managing an ***. Ive had to jump through hoops to verify completely legitimate claimsfrom dental and vision clinics, or telehealth providers where no insurance was used. Inspira keeps asking for **** even when the claim was never submitted to insurance. Its a ridiculous and unnecessary barrier to accessing my own funds. I sincerely hope my employer switches to a different *** provider next year.

      Inspira horrible company that is making no true effort to roll my retirement out of their horrible institution. I have been working on this roll over since mid-February. I thought I was done when my new company, Inspira, & I got on a conference call to determine what they truly needed since they were asking for things they already had. in the end of that conversation it clarified they didn't like the name of my new institution's transfer paperwork. Today Inspira wants a trustee to trustee doc. Reporting them to the **** since at this point they're making no effort to transfer my funds or whether they want you and the new institution to keep filling out forms until they go away

      Never had a problem with my Flexible Spending Account until the ************** handed over the job to them. They denied 7 claims using the card at doctors and places like Quest Diagnostics. Didnt try to use it at ******* or ********** I told them. Didnt matter they want documentation or else you need to pay money back. What are they so worried about its my money Im trying to use.

      Ok, can't get anyone on the phone. The rollover to *** is horrible you can't get into your account, the page stops working when you enter your information. You call again, the automated phone system sends the same link that does not work to create an account you can access. They have your money and charge a maintenance fee without letting you access your account. Can't be ************************.

      Solely the worst company I have ever dealt with. My previous *** company (Quest Trust) was taken over by Inspira last September (2024). Since the takeover I have waited weeks for transfers to go through. I have spent more than *********************************************************************************** my opinion, find another company. They are terrible.

      I had the same issue with the Inspira website. However, after waiting a 1/2 hour on hold for customer service, I was finally able to speak to someone. I was able to close my account and they sent me a check. Now the scary part, the day I cashed the check, I got a call from the bank saying there was no water **** on the back of the check like there was supposed to be. Now that money is on hold. After reading all the comments, now I am worried that the check was fake and I am out my 401k money.

      I had a deeply troubling experience with Inspira Financial regarding my *** account. I initiated a transfer of approximately $30,000 from my HSA to ********************. Shockingly, only $1,075.35 was transferred and Inspira claims that was the full balance, despite my records showing otherwise.When I called customer service, I spent hours on the phone with no resolution. They simply issued a case number (********) and closed my account without explaining what happened to the rest of my funds. *** submitted documentation showing my correct balance, but no one at Inspira has taken responsibility or offered a solution.This experience has been frustrating, distressing, and unacceptable. I trusted Inspira Financial with my hard-earned savings, and now Im left with more questions than answers. If youre considering them to manage your HSA, I strongly urge you to think twice.

      INSPIRA and their Private Equity owners ************** and **************************) make it as inconvenient, slow, and difficult as possible to spend the money in my healthcare savings account, which is completely heinous and unacceptable. Its been 4 months and I STILL do not have a debit card I can use to spend the $ in my account on Medical expenses. I've emailed them and called them numerous times and they claim my card is on the way, but I no longer believe ******** I have to manually request reimbursements, which often get denied, and then wait THREE WEEKS for a check in the mail - completely unacceptable in 2025. Since I am paid monthly by my job, sometimes I need to bridge medical expenses by dipping into my savings because they wont reimburse me in ******* healthcare savings are effectively held hostage by this EXTREMELY PREDATORY, frankly s***** company. It is obviously in ************* and ***************** Partner's interest to create as many barriers to accessing my $ as possible so that they can invest my savings for longer and capture the float. If these people had any morals, they would send me my debit card immediately and would use simple technology like Stripe / Plaid so I can directly move $ from my *** to bank account instantly.************* and **************************, the Private Equity firms who own this company, are evil terrible people for structuring the business in this way.
