On September 8, 2023 I got work done on my ***** cargo van. I got brakes done. I am a shells fleet card owner, which with the card I am granted a 15% discount for any work I get done. This agreement is something Jiffy lube has with Shells. Prior to getting the working done I made a call to Shells to ensure I get the discount, becasuse Jiffy lude didn't want to honor it for some reason. My card also there logo on it to support they are affliated. I got confirmation from shells I would get the discount and I was advised by Jiffy Lube I would see the credit on my next bill. I then get my next bill and I do not have the discount . I called shells and I was advised then that Jiffy ***** should have gave me my 15% discount on my invoice and for me to go back to Jiffy Lube. I went back to Jiffy Lube and I was then told the discount was only for oild changes. I then spoke with a manager at Shells ******* who told me the jiffy lube gave me misnformation and I was indeed supposed to get the discount. She then tried to work with the store to assist me and after the weeks they told her I would have to contact them about the refund of the 15% discount. I sent several emails which have proof of and no one has responsded. I also called to the store and wsa told the district manager has to handle and he is out. I would just like proper assistance with the issue.
