      On August 12, 2024 I enrolled in a clinical research program for which I was promised $200 on a prepaid Master Card. I was told to wait for 2 weeks to use the card at which time the money would be on the card. I called right after the Labor Day holiday and the recording said that there was only $3 on the card. I then called the clinic and told them and was told they could not help me with that problem and I would have to call the bank they use to get this settled. They acted as though they had no obligation to make this right. I called the number to the bank called ******************* in *****, *******. I was told that they would send me a form to dispute charges made on the card in *********, which is ridiculous and to send the completed form to them, which it will need to be approved after the charges are disputed, but there's no guarantee. Then, I am to call the clinic and ask for a new card. I called the clinic and was given the run-a-round and was told that I would have to drive to the clinic to pick up the card because they couldn't mail it. I was given no consideration for the inconvenience this has caused.
