The company was supposed to replace the concrete patio. The work began on Monday, March 14th. After the work was completed (according to Mr ************************ I sent him numerous text in reference to blue spots in the cement, white spots/lines, lines that are not straight, cracked lines that they filled with sloppy caulking. Mr ********************** assured me on several occasions that all that would clear up and if it didnt, he would fix it. I waited as he asked and the mess is still a mess. I have spoken with him by phone as well in reference to the terrible work. Mr ********************** came by last week and agreed the work was sloppy. He took pictures and apologized. He said the work was not characteristic of his companys work as this is his business along with his wife. He shook my hand and promised to return and correct this travesty. He first asked me to wait 2 months. That is not acceptable!! I paid him in full. I asked him to call me and give me a time where he will come back. Its been a week. I texted him 2 days ago with additional photos and videos of the sloppy result of this job. Mr ********************** has not responded. I have been keeping records of calls, texts, photos and video. The sad part is I was planning to recommend him to friends. I took his business cards to pass out to neighbors instead.I am so embarrassed by the poor work. This job was expensive. He was not the cheapest but I looked at pictures of his work (or I thought it was) that were online. We are senior citizens.Business response

Hi i already spoke with *************** about this review. We already went back to replace this patio and she is content with the new patio. I also asked her to remove the review as we agreed. My response was delayed because I was very busy and this was also communicated to her and she understood. We are now in good standing.
