I Was Due A Second Cleaning of My Teeth On 26 September 2023, I Had To Cancelled My Original Appointment And Was Giving Another Appointment On 22 November 2023, Upon Arrival For This Appointment I Was Then Giving A Oral Dental Examine And Told That I Needed A Deep Clean Procedure, And Other Dental Work Procedures And Then Giving Prices For The Work Needed, They Then Wanted Me To Make A Decision On The Spot For Which Procedure I Wanted (Now), I Told Them I Would Have To Speak With My Family And Could Not Make A Spit Decision As A ******************* Veteran On A Fixed ************************* With My Family First, I Then Asked When I Could Received My Second Cleaning ***************** Plan And Was Told I Wouldn't Be Getting That Treatment This Day Without A Decision, I Then *********************** Carrier And Explained They Stopped My Second Cleaning And A Conference Call Was Made By The Agent ************* And I Was Then Giving And Appointment For Cleaning On 7 December 2023, Upon Arrival On The Appointment Date I Was Told I Had No Appointment And Wouldn't Be Receiving A Cleaning Unless I Signed A Blank ****************** Form Which You Can See On Camera And I Could Get The Cleaning That Day If I Signed I Then Stated That I'm Not Refusing Treatment And Wouldn't Be Forced To Make A On The Spot Decision And If Who Ever Saw That I Had This Appointment For This Date And Cancelled You Could Have Contacted Me At Home Before Having Me Show Up For A Canceled Appointment I Don't Understand The Way They Tried To Force Me To Sign And Just Make Decisions Now.
