    The person , ******** **** Rep.) has a problem with resolving the issue I'm having with the service performed. He was very confrontational in his response the last time we spoke of him resolving the issues and wanted to delegate the issue to another company which in my opinion has nothing to do with the issue I'm experiencing . In addition to charging a service to come back out ! Before I could finish conversing wit him he hung up the phone & blocked my number so I couldn't contact him afterward. Sad to say if I ever need this type of service ever again I will definitely not be using this company!******

    This issue is with the installation of a garage door which was installed by his company. In my opinion the garage door is not set evenly or centered correctly on the garage door opening. This is causing two thing to occur one is when the door is fully closed there is a small gap on one side of the door which can allow sunlight to shine through and worst than that it can allow elements from the outside e.i. bugs, rain, snow to migrate into the inside of the garage even though the door is fully closed. His solution for this to install an garage apron around the outside perimeter of the garage opening at my cost. When this wasn't never an issue with the door which was previously up on the garage without apron.

    The second issue I'm experiencing with the door not being centered is when the door is lifted the door has the propensity to c*** to one side as it is being lifted. By this occurring occasionally this causes the door once lifted not to close back down when the garage opener is used to operate the door. My work around at this time when this occur is release the door from the garage opener using the emergency release manually let the door down & balance the door on each in the down position & re-engage the opener to the door then the door will operate satisfactory using the garage opener until the next this occurs. Which I shouldn't never have to do ! Every one can see what is

    Continue, everyone can see this being an issue except ***************************! Instead of him coming out & reinstalling the door correct or even giving me a partial refund he wants to give me a song & dance ! He should ask himself the question if the door was installed correctly there wouldn't be any need to contact him trust me I can find a better use of m time than contact a recalcitrant individual who doesn't want to stand behind his work if there a problem! Doing business with this guy has been a total nightmare!I digress!
