      I bought three movie dvds from Redbox in February and so did not return them They are stating I rented them rather than bought them. They have been charging me fees every month since that time. Their policy states at after 17 days, they will charge a maximum of $36 per movie plus rental fee. I have been charged over $500.00. This is their policy:5. If you keep an item through the maximum rental period, that item is yours to keep and Redbox will charge you the maximum charge for that item. The maximum charge varies depending on the type of item you are renting and the daily rental charge(s) for the item. For example, if a DVD's or Blu-ray disc daily rental charge is $2.25 and its maximum charge is $36.00, then the maximum rental period for that DVD (before you own it and owe $38.25, plus tax (except for jurisdictions that do not require sales tax to be charged or collected)) is 17 days. Therefore, for many items, the maximum charge is equal to the daily rental charge multiplied by the number of days in the maximum rental.They refuse to return monies collected beyond the maximum rental fee.Help please.

      I have a credit on my Redbox account that I can no longer use since they are filing bankruptcy. It's about $23.00. Since they are liquidating, and no longer going to remain in business, I would like a refund for money not used, but since the website is down, I have no way to request anything. Also, please make sure you pay out your employees.

      Hello, my partner and I got 3 movies at our local Redbox that is right in front of the Dollar store. We got 3 movies.. 1. The First Purge. 2. Deep water Horizon. 3. Death on the Nile. We rented them on Friday 7/19/2024 with a debit card ending in 8054. The following day, 7/20/2024, we returned all 3 movies. We got an email saying we only returned 2 movies. The third one being The First Purge was supposedly not returned. The email said that each day there is a late fee plus charges. Redbox has not responded to my email. In the past when I tried to get a hold of them, they never responded as well. If they claim that the move is not returned then I would like for them to stop accumulating late days because the movie was in-fact returned and at a proper time before 24 hours. Please help. I cant afford these costs and they are unfair.

      hi, so I bought a movie as of June 25 of 2024. It was *************************** long promised roads documentary I spent probably $16 close to that on it because I got an HD and they would know because they have all the information I've emailed them asking them when Redbox is coming back they told me it would be up soon. It has not been up on television. I have emailed them three times demanding a refund. They will not answer my emails and I've even went as far as to call them personally on their phone number and they say they're not taking calls right now and I would like my money back because I did not spend that money for it to go to waste on a movie that I don't get to watch I get paid once a month on a teacher budget and that was $16 that I didn't have because I really wanted that movie more than anything else and they are s******* me over. I do not appreciate it demand refund and I demand to see them go out of business because that is completely a scam to ever think about doing that to somebody.

      I rented a movie from Redbox. We returned it the following day. A few days later we noticed another pending charge so I reached out to Redbox and let them know I did receive notification that they were having system issues a week went by no more pending charges so I figured it was resolved and today July, 10. We received a charge for $84 From our bank. I have tried to contact Redbox several times Ive received no communication before or today. Total of 4 emails have been sent. The customer service phone number says theyre not taking calls anymore, of course. Ive had to cancel my bank card.

It was ordered via roku, fortunately I got roku to reverse the sale. because of this issue with their service under the suspicion they are going out of business under multiple circumstances and request refund for at least some of these films purchased digitally, but under credit card and ****** pay. phone number **************. email **************************************

      I have a 12 month redbox subscription that renewed a few months ago. I have also bought some movies through them. Now all of a sudden. You can't access your account, the movies, or even get you redbox rentals.

      I rented 3 movies for $4.89 at a Redbox kiosk. Upon returning them on time 1 movie jammed in machine. It then went out of order. I have attempted to return remaining 2 movies . 11 kiosks were down within a 30 mile radius. Their customer service "is no longer taking calls". Their social media contact has been shut down. Per their website I have emailed customer support 50+++ times with no response. I am incurring $14.66 A DAY for late fees for 3 movies. 1 that's jammed 3/4 of the way in. I want refund of the late fees and cessation of daily charges being accrued. Financial institution notified. They consider it a non reoccurring charge and can not be disputed. This site offered 5 Corporate addresses to choose from. Idk which office services **. I am unable to travel past the 30 mile radius I have already covered looking for kiosks in order.I want to return the remaining 2 disc's.

      I rented 3 movies from red ox in **********. I was able to return two the following day. When I tried to return the third the machine would not accept it. I tried about 8 times. I immediately contacted redox via email as that was the only contact avail. Received and automated reply needing additional information which I provided to that time. I have received zero follow up and have emailed them daily with no response. They continue to charge my bank card. This is extremely unacceptable.

      I have had an account with Red Box that still has a balance of $12.38. Red Box no longer has kiosks in my area. I have been trying to get a refund of my money. I have tried calling them and they do not have working numbers to contact them. I have emailed their customer service and they do not respond. I would appreciate any help you may give me in recovering my money. My account is under my email address ************************
