    On July 26 2023 ********* Trujillo came to evaluate my properties storm damage and said that he would need to take a piece of siding to get the color matched. I was told this would take 3 days. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I reached out and was told it was still in process. After a month I reached out and asked for a game plan to which I received no response. After a phone call I was told they could come the next day and replace everything. I asked to have an estimate to give to my insurance company to make sure everything would get paid for and they said via phone call that they would get it to me. After another month of not hearing anything I decided that I no longer wanted to move forward with them as my contractor and I would pick up the piece of siding they took off of my house. On 10/16/23 I was told they would reach out to itel to see if they could get it back & if not they would install a corresponding match. 11/10/23 I still had not heard anything nor was a corresponding piece of siding installed. I have reached out 4 times between 11/10/23 via text and have called a handful of times and still have not heard anything back. All I am wanting is my siding or a corresponding piece returned.

    Hello i am sorry for my late answer , as we discussed we where trying to help Ms ****** with her siding , we pay for lab ( itel ) report $167

    they come out as a match found , we do not own the insurance nor their employees , every insurance takes different times , she called to cancel her project , we where going to push to get at least the damage wall , since she cancel we are unable to do nothing we are losing here the lab money if she wants to pay for the lab money i will send one of my guys to put a piece of siding where the other was taken just keep on mind the old one might be fade it a little bit please keep me posted thanks a lot.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The customer would like the replacement piece of siding installed asap .

    BBB spoke with the company owner today who stated he has ordered the piece of siding and is expecting delivery around March 18. He plans to have it installed after delivery.
