    My experience was the opposite of the other reviewer. I called in the morning, sent photos of my badly worn, white leather driver seat on my '17 ***** CX-5 in the afternoon, and was told I could drop it off after hours. After seeing the extent of the damage and determing that it would need leather and dyeing/drying time, they called and asked for a 2-3 day work time and increased the (sight unseen) estimate from $350 to $550. They were VERY straight forward and set my expectations low. They finished on time and vastly exceeded my expectations! It's been over two months and the repair still looks and feels great. BTW, new covers alone (no restuffing or labor charges) from ***** were $1700 +tax and shipping. Now I'll have to do the passenger side to match up!!!
