On 07/24/24 I made a appointment at Lexus of Orland reporting that I'm hearing a clicking sound when turning wheel coming from front left side of my vehicle. Lexus of Orland then gave me a repair estimate list of the things that they consider should be worked on. They consider that replacing propeller shaft and control arm bushings with a total cost to me of $1362.95 would solve my problem. I paid and picked my car up 07/29/24 drove it home with the windows up, radio and Air condition on preventing me from still hearing the clicking noise still on the front left side of my vehicle. When backing into my garage 20 minutes later from coming straight from Lexus of Orland I heard the noise and immediately called Lexus of Orland to report I still here the noise that I just paid for you to fix. Lexus of Orland gave me a date to bring it back in but I informed them I couldn't bring it in on that date because I have to have a major surgery but I can get it to you as soon as I could once I'm feeling a little better after my surgery. Lexus of Orland and I agreed. 08/08/24 I was able to take my vehicle back to Lexus of Orland so that they could check my vehicle. Now they said it's my left axle. I asked why that this wasn't stated to me on 07/24/24 when I first brought my vehicle in. Now I'm waiting a hour before I got there explanation stated that they didn't here it after they worked on my vehicle. Lexus of Orland then stated that it will cost me additional $1149.26 to fix the problem I originally brought my vehicle in for service for. At this point I'm really stressed, disappointed and in additional pain from my surgery an experience from my treatment at Lexus of Orland. I'm very disappointed that I have to pay additional money for their mistakes.
