On 08/10/2024 I was denied a retail order for a motor vehicle. I informed the dealership that I had private financing. They discriminately refused my request and demanded that I use a wire transfer.

I bought a used vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Orland Park last month. Its a 2011 Glk350. They sold me the car with problems that they told me about when I bought the car. They promised to fix them and now they are refusing. My front brakes are not working properly since I brought the car home. I brought it back and ******* my salesman drove it and said yes there is something wrong. The front brakes are a safety hazard. After multiple calls and visits they will not repair any of the problems. They only fixed the exhaust and I'm convinced they didn't because it's not any better. It's loud and making making noise when I drive. Salesman ******* who sold me the car even called me starting a fight with me on the phone because I kept complaining. He kept telling me he would schedule me for service but never did after me calling multiple times. I finally had to call and talk to someone else and they finally scheduled me. Also they promised me the second key to the car and after weeks I still don't have it. They told me someone took it home with them. Then they tryed charging me for a new key. I told them no and to find my second key. I still don't have the key.Problems I'm having with the car:Bad rotors, the car isn't braking well Exhaust leak and noise Missing second key to car Rims need refinishing, they are all scratched up and they promised to fix them.I am uploading paperwork that is showing refusal to repair these problems.

November 2022-Currently After purchasing a brand new battery I towed my vehicle to ******** ********** to get L/F strut done, I was advised by ***********************) of ******** **** to store the car til Spring for the work to be done. (I don't drive it in the winter) Towed it back home. I was told not to drive it until work was completed. (A total of 3 tows). In the month of May car was taken in (towed) I was called by M **** and was told that a Tank, coolant reservoir needed to be replaced!!! Ok so they replaced it. Two weeks later they called me and said I needed to replaced both batteries for my car, that they couldn't start it (They didn't remember that I just bought the one that was supposedly no good, I bought from MB (them) I reminded them/ they replaced it n/c. Apparently they didn't start it or maintain the batteries. Mer. **** told me "that over the winter months to start the car a least twice a week (to maintain its battery life". So thats what we did. Car is ready for pick up... ****** done Picked the car up and before I drove off, because it was a beautiful Day, I wanted to drop the top, play some music and ride. The top would not go down and now my radio isn't working either. I asked what has happened and he said he didn't know, he would have to check it. I left the car there. This was truly an inconvenience for me. A couple of weeks later they called; said they don't know why the radio still isn't working, but they did fix the top (hood). I was calling so much. I just wanted my car fixed. Because of all the rain I didn't drive the **** for a few days. As soon as it was a sunny day I wanted to ride with the top down and it would not go down and fluid was leaking from my rooftop onto my clothes I told them I was bringing it back and they responded another few weeks later with a phone quote of around ****** when I got there they presented this ********* invoice to fix it. My car is still currently there at Mercedes Benz of Orland Park. I have videos and

On October 4Th I had gone to Mercedes Benz of Orland Park, provided them with the last eight digits of my Vin, They provided me with blue transmission fluid to service my vehicle. I had my private mechanic do the service and afterwords there was noticeable slippage in my transmission that was not there before. A week later on October 12, I took my vehicle for a diagnostic at ******** of Orland Park. They quoted me a brand new transmission & torque converter. A few months went by and I spoke to my mechanic, and we discussed of topping the vehicles transmission off to possibly help with the slippage. I called Mercedes Benz of Orland Park before closing, and the gentleman asked for the last eight digits of my vin. He stated that my vehicle required the red transmission fluid they had closed for that day so I had gone in the following Monday. I mentioned the issue at the parts desk, and they were adamant that my vehicle required blue. I then asked for a print out, showing my vehicle required blue and was called to the back by the service manager. A technician in the room, then stated that my vehicle required red transmission fluid and provided me with a paper stating so. After providing the dealership with all invoices the dealer then stated that they would not accept liability since the purchase was made on October 4 and that they had a change of ownership on October 17. I spoke to corporate and they had advised me that since this was a servicing issue, the choice goes back to Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park on whether they are going to fix this issue. I have made multiple meetings with the general manager and have had no avail to reach him as well as the service manager, giving me a whole runaround each time I come to contact them in regards of this issue. Please email me for all invoices because its not letting me attach them here or ask the dealer they have them as well

I purchased a car from Mercedes benz of Orland park **. March 2022. Included in that purchase was an extended warranty. With the extended warranty if I didnt use it I would be refunded 100%. I traded my car in at a different location. ************************ and got another ******** **** in May 2022. Since May, I have tried to cancel the extended warranty with my old car with the finance manager *****************************. Sent numerous emails, calls back and forth, went to the dealership. Sent them the required documents to Cancel the warranty. They lost one document so I had to get another copy and was able to send everything via email. It was confirmed they received it. Only got an email stating only one of the warranties would be cancelled. *** called the cooperate office to also address this issue. Was informed by cooperate that I have to address the issue with the finance department of Orland park **, and they would send an email to them, which is the person Ive been in contract with the entire time. Im asking for Confirmation of each warranty that would be cancelled as promised and refunded 100% of the entire extended warranty.

************************ received one warranty refund check for $995 and it was cashed by her on 7/5/22.

The pre-owned warranty was re-activated from July 12th and finally approved today.  She will receive a full refund of $3,395.  It took this long because we were waiting for the lien release and odometer reading information from the customer.

The tire and wheel company has advised us that their warranty cancellation will be completed by August 15th.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

I am rejecting this response because: The odometer was given prior to July 12th I brought it in the office in person may 9th. I had to keep calling, never receiving a call back from ***. When finally he told me he never received it. Thats when I emailed him the copy. In result having to wait even longer to cancel it. I asked *** for the amount I will get back he didnt even try to look it up to tell me. I want in writing the full amount for the tire and wheel just as you did with the pre-owned warranty because there were two that I purchased.

      Sincerely,

On April 14th I had my **** serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park with an oil change. There were two air bags that was on recall those were replaced also. ************************* was the service advisor at the time. I also informed **** that I was having a small issue with my transmission, I was informed by **** that I would have to have a diagnostic test run it to see exactly what the issue is. Brought the car April 20th for diagnostic. I picked the car up Friday evening around 4pm. paid $196.00. As I am driving the head lights are flicking. All the light on the dashboard are lit. Called to leave a message because they were closed before I made it home. Returned to the Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park on April 23rd to speak to ****. I was informed that he wouldn't be available until Monday. My ************* did not have any electrical issues I was just replaced. I can't start my car, doors will not locked. I drove my car in for transmission issues now I can't drive my car at all

************ brought the vehicle in on April 20th.  He said it jerks while accelerating.  Found code in transmission for slipping.  Found major leak in the transmission - quoted him to replace the transmission.  ************ declined the repairs.

He picked up his car on April 22nd.

On April 25th he had the car towed into MBOP stating car would not start.  Multiple warning lights on the dash board and his headlights were flashing.

When we received the car it would not replicate any of the issues.  The car started just fine.

We did *********** for the thermostat.  And we did *********** for the fuel tank pressure sensor.

The customer declined both of these repairs.

I purchase a vehicle from this business on 12/20/2021 with a broken FM/AM radio ( everything else worked), I noticed right out of the lot called in and they said to come back and get it fixed. I came back on 12/27/2021 after the Holidays and they broke it so that nothing in the car worked anymore ( electrical wise) told me to go home and wait for a new part since they ordered it and said it will be over 3 month wait and they can't offer a loaner or any compensation. It's ridiculous.
