    I placed an online order for some repair parts on 6/7/2024. Received a confirmation email below, then no information for the order, today is 6/26/2024. I called many times, most time nobody answered or somebody will call me. So far no update for the order whatsoever. The phone number below never have anyone answer the phone or respond.************ This message from INFINITI OF ORLAND PARK is intended for Jian **** ************************* in regards to order #********.The status of your order has changed and we wanted to keep you up to date:Your order has been received and is being processed; Please allow 2-4 working days for shipment of your order. Most orders ship within 24 hours, but some may take up to 14 days. Allow 1 business day for in store pick up orders to be processed. Please note: if you place an order over the weekend, it will not be processed until Monday. Oversize or overweight items may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you with the estimate of these additional charges once your order has been received. If there is a problem, we will contact you.     My husband test drove a vehicle...was pre-approval by his bank etc. We do not live in Orland Park. He made an offer. They accept. He had a signed sales agreement, but they wouldn't hold the vehicle. So the next day, my husband got the loan and the bank overnighted the check. Next day, he gets a text that this vehicle had sold. As I went out online to find another similar vehicle later that night...that vehicle was still listed on their website. I contacted them and they called me back within 30 minutes. The salesman said he checked and that vehicle was still available. I asked him to double check. He did. He said it was still available and wanted to set up a time for me to test drive it. I got off the phone and told my husband. He called this dealership back first thing he asked is if this vehicle was still available. The salesperson said yes immediately. So then he asked for the sales manager. It took them over 10 minutes to get him on the phone. My husband explained how he'd sent payment and had a sales agreement and the ** said the salesman I spoke to was new and he didn't know it had sold. I guess the other salesman that answered the phone when my husband called was new also because he also said it was still available.They didn't want to sell the vehicle for the price my husband offered...had a sales agreement for..etc.
