I had to have all 4 of both my children's wisdom teeth removed. I paid close to $6000.00 upfront ( i had to open 2 credit cards, one in thier office) and was told they would bill my dental insurance first and "as a courtesy they would bill my medical insurance since all 4 of both their wisdom teeth were impacted". They did the opposite billed my medical insurance first who did pay them promptly. Then they billed me dental insurance. I was refunded (after contacting them that I could see my dental insurance refunded the office) about ******* for my sons surgery in October/November 2023. Since that time I have consistently contacted their office regarding my daughters account. I was told multiple times they needed to send letters of mecial necessity and were working on it. In December 2023 I could see my dental insurance did refund to thier office some funds. Since then I am told their billing department works remotely and will get a call back. I have emailed and called constantly with no response to the fact that I can see my dental insurance did pay their office back in December 2023 over ******* that is supposed to be refunded to me. I do believe there is some insurance scamming going on in the billing department. I have had one point of contact thru there office Jordyn and she simply doesn't respond. I did get a response a few months back but she thought it was regarding my sons account but as soon as I explained it was my daughters I was calling about I was told she'd look into it and call me back. Never heard from her again even after multiple emails. I'm only asking for what is due back to me. I can see it, there no disputing my insurance made them payments and I haven't received them.

We actually already resolved this matter with the consumer directly on 9/25/24 by leaving a voicemail regarding regarding the refund she is requesting in the complaint.

We also issued the refund on 10/10/24 accordingly and the account has been resolved.

Please let me know if I need to take any further action.

    Thank you.

My wife went in for oral surgery in February 2023 and we were made to prepay for the services to be done. The business has since been paid by ********** blue shield under my dental plan but has not reimbursed us on that payment. They have also billed my medical insurance incorrectly and have not resubmitted the correct billing information. Reading reviews of this office, this is a common practice to attempt to keep the insurance payment and the patients payments.

******** in our ****************** spoke directly to the patient and explained in detail what was going on with claim sent out. Patient was satisfied with the resolution ******** provided to her.

I am rejecting this response because: We have yet to receive the refund, they stated they would email us the correspondence from ********** blue shied. BCBS has yet to receive any billing to my medical insurance. They did call and speak with *****, but have yet to follow through with emails. Once we have proof that bills were submitted correctly and the refund, we will  be finished.
    Sincerely,

Thank you for your time.

I am rejecting this response because: I incorrectly stated that we did not recieve the dental portion that was refunded by ********** Blue Shield. We will be happy to drop the complaint once we are made aware that the correct medical records were submitted. If BCBS denies the claim, and everything was submitted correctly (including submitting the correct tooth number which is why we were told we were rejected originally) we would be fine with that outcome. I have checked with BCBS and nothing further has been submitted to the medical insurance.

    Sincerely,
